【摘 要】在现代教育领域中，舞蹈艺术教育逐渐引起人们的重视，越来越多的学生开始学习舞蹈艺术方面的课程。而对高职院校的学生来说，通过舞蹈艺术教育，对提升学生素质有一定的促进作用。鉴于此，论文对高职院校在培养学生素质过程中舞蹈艺术教育的作用方面进行了探讨，论述了目前我国高职院校中舞蹈艺术教育现状。希望通过本文的论述，能够为高职院校的改革提供有价值的参考。

【Abstract】 In the field of modern education， dance art education has gradually attracted people's attention， and more and more students begin to learn dance art courses. And for students in higher vocational colleges， dance art education can promote the quality of students to a certain extent. In view of this， this paper probes into the role of dance art education in the process of cultivating the quality of students in higher vocational colleges， discusses the current situation of dance art education in higher vocational colleges in China. It is hoped that the discussion of this paper can provide valuable reference for the reform of higher vocational colleges.

1 引言

随着物质生活水平的提升，人们对教育、科技、文化、知识等领域的重视程度不断提高，各种新手段、新方法、新理念进入到人们的生活中。在这一新形式下，传统的教育方式及育人理念已经难以满足学生成长的实际需要。在高职院校中，只注重知识、技能的培养，显然不能满足社会发展对学生提出的要求标准。在现代高职院校培养学生的过程中，舞蹈已经成为一门非常重要的学科，学生通过参加舞蹈课程的学习，提升了自己的气质及素养。为了能够在高职院校中更好地发挥出舞蹈艺术教育的作用，下面本文对相关方面展开分析。

2 舞蹈艺术教育与学生素质培养之间的关系

在现代高职院校的教学过程中，素质教育逐渐成为教学重点，对学生进行素质方面的培养，不仅是对其文化素质进行培养，还应对学生的艺术素质方面进行培养。作为重要的教学场所，高职院校在培养综合技能型人才的过程中，更应加强素质教育，采用创新的教学方式及教育理念，将学生的素质教育作为教学重点。……
