[摘要]Th22细胞是近年来最新发现的CD4+T细胞亚群，可通过分泌白介素-22（IL-22）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）及少量的白介素-13（IL-13）和白介素-26（IL-26）等细胞因子而发挥作用，并且能特征性地表达趋化因子受体（CCR）CCR6+、CCR4+和CCR10+，与皮肤的病理生理及稳态之间存在着密切联系。近年来部分研究发现Th22细胞在某些皮肤病中尤其是自身免疫性皮肤病及其不同发展时期表达程度明显不同。由此提示Th22细胞可能与疾病的活动度密切相关，提示在免疫性皮肤病中可能发挥至关重要的作用。本研究就近年来Th22细胞在自身免疫性皮肤病中的表达程度相关研究进展作一综述，为其在此类皮肤病中的作用提供理论依据，同时也为明确相关疾病的发病机制及有效治疗方案提供新的思路和见解。

[Abstract] Th22 cells are the newly discovery of CD4+T cell subsets in recent years. They can secrete interleukin-22 （IL-22）， tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α） and a small amount of interleukin-13 （IL-13） and interleukin-26 （IL-20） and can express CCR6+， CCR4+ and CCR10+ in CC chemokine receptor （CCR）， which are closely to the pathophysiology and homeostasis of the skin. In recent years， some studies have found that the expression level of Th22 cells in some skin diseases， especially in autoimmune dermatal diseases and their different development stages are significantly different， which suggests that Th22 cells may be closely related to the degree of disease activity， indicating that they may play a crucial role in immune dermatosis. The research reviews recent advances in the level of expression of Th22 cells in autoimmune dermatoses， so as to provide a theoretical basis for their role in this type of dermatology and also provide new ideas and insights for clear understanding of the pathogenesis and effective treatment of related diseases.

Th22細胞是CD4+T细胞家族中的一员，是免疫细胞的一种。当机体感染细菌、病毒等病原体时能够激活其他免疫细胞，协助机体对抗感染，在监控和协调免疫细胞引发炎症过程中起重要作用。目前某些免疫性皮肤病的病因及发病机制尚未完全阐明，并且在治疗上存在一定争议。近年来众多国内外研究发现，Th22细胞在炎症性及自身免疫性皮肤病中表达水平不同，甚至影响疾病的转归及预后。因此本研究通过总结分析Th22细胞的相关研究成果，为某些免疫性皮肤病的病因及发病机制寻找理论依据，并提出新的研究方向。……
