【摘要】目的：商丘医学高等专科学校为社会培养适应生产、建设、管理、诊疗服务第一线需要的，德、智、体、美等方面发展的高等技术应用性专门人才。结果与结论：学校积极推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的学习模式，把工学结合作为高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要出发点，带动专业调整与建设，引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法的改革。对促进我校医学类各专业持续、稳定、健康发展具有重要作用。

[Abstract] Objective：to Shangqiu medical college society culture to adapt to the needs of production， construction， management， medical services and the first line， morality， intelligence， body， beauty and other aspects the development of higher technology applied talents.Results and conclusion： the school actively promote learning model combined with productive labor and social practice， the combination of engineering as higher vocational education personnel training mode reform of the important starting point， drive the adjustment and construction of professional， guide the curriculum setting， teaching content and teaching method reform. The promotion of Medical Science in our school of professional sustained， stable and healthy development has important role.

近日，商丘医学高等专科学校迎来了人才培养工作评估，教育部及河南省教育厅专家组一行5人到我校调研评估。通过3天实地考察，我校通过本次高等职业院校人才培养工作评估。

高等职业院校人才培养工作评估是高等职业院校以教学工作为核心的人才培养工作的全方位、全过程、全息式的综合性评估。教育部为推动高职高专职业教育持续健康发展，更好地实现高职高专院校教育的培养目标，开展高职高专职业院校人才培养工作评估势在必行。我校人才培养工作评估，意在促进加强学校内涵建设，深化校企（校院）合作、产学结合的人才培养模式。我们本着“以评促建，以评促改，以评促管，评建结合，重在建设”的工作方针，积极开展各项工作，稳中求进。

我校首先改革教学方法，目的是加强创新精神和创造能力，改革“灌输式”和过分偏重教授的教学方法，实施启发式、研究式的教学方法。……
