摘要：虽然软件工程专业多元协同、校企合作育人培养模式已实施多年，积累了一定的经验，但仍然存在一些问题亟需解决。在分析了当前人才培养存在的问题的基础上，以江苏省软件服务外包类专业嵌入式人才培养项目为载体，从人才培养方案、企业嵌入课程体系、企业教学环节实施监控机制、学生能力成长跟踪与评价机制四个方面对校企合作培养机制进行了探索与实践，并取得了良好的教学效果。

Exploration and Practice of School-enterprise Cooperation Education Mechanism for Software Engineering Personnel

Abstract： Although the reform of multiple cooperation， school-enterprise cooperation education mode for software engineering has been enforced for many years， and some experience has been accumulated， there are still some problems that need to be solved. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the current talent training and taking software service outsourcing major embedded talents training project of jiangsu province as the carrier， the school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism has been explored and practiced from four aspects： talent training program， enterprise embedded curriculum system， enterprise teaching enforcement monitoring mechanism， student ability growth tracking and evaluation mechanism， and has achieved good teaching results.

1 引言

為培养适应经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型工程技术人才，我国积极促进多元协同、校企合作机制的创新与实践。教育部于2010年推出“卓越工程师教育培养计划”[1]，江苏省于2014年实施软件服务外包类专业嵌入式人才培养项目[2]。

作为应用型本科院校，南京工程学院计算机工程学院致力于培养富有工程意识的软件工程专门人才，强调毕业生的工程实践能力的培养。我院软件工程是全国首批卓越工程师计划和江苏省实施软件服务外包类专业嵌入式人才培养项目专业。针对当前应用型软件工程人才培养存在的问题，在应用型软件工程人才校企合作培养机制方面进行了有益的探索和实践，并取得了良好成效。

2 存在问题
