摘要：该文通过soopat检索和分析功能对智能化考试平台的发展态势进行了研究，包括总体发展趋势、申请人构成、发明人构成及技术领域的分布。笔者认为智能化考试平台正处于飞速发展的成长期，故存在技术不够成熟、研发队伍亟待壮大等问题，建议建立智能化考试标准专利库、加强继续教育和校企合作来解决上述问题。

Research on the Development of Intelligent Examination Platform under Patent Perspective

Abstract： This paper studies the development of intelligent test platform through sooopat search and analysis functions， including the overall development trend， applicant composition， inventor composition and technical field distribution. The author believes that the intelligent test platform is in the growth stage of rapid development， so there are problems such as the technology is not mature enough， and the R&D; team needs to be strengthened. It is recommended to establish a patent pool for intelligent test standards， strengthen continuing education and school-enterprise cooperation to solve the above problems.

1前言

随着社会经济的发展和科技水平的不断进步，计算机的应用越来越普及，智能化考试平台应运而生。智能化考试平台是指采用计算机技术，使用计算机软件进行题库建立、智能组卷、电脑考试、自动评卷等，实现智能化考试[1]。首先，随着计算机的普及，与计算机相关的工种日益增多，社会对计算机网络管理员、计算机程序设计员、办公软件操作员等计算机方面的技能型人才的需求日益增多，传统的纸笔考试无法对计算机方面的技能型人才的职业水平进行科学考察和量化评价[2]，故利用智能化考试平台开展计算机方面的职业技能鉴定水到渠成。其次，随着计算机软件功能的不断扩充，计算机性能的日益稳定以及环保意识的不断增强，针对一些传统职业技能鉴定的理论试卷开展无纸化、智能化考试，不仅减少组卷和制卷成本，还可利用利用智能化考试系统随机抽题、自动评分和登分[3]。既减少了教师改卷登分的工作量，减少人为评分标准的误差，降低出错率，还可对考生的考试作弊行为进行识别监控，大幅降低考生作弊的可能[4]，从而让考试更公平公正。……
