10月14日至23日，由香港特别行政区政府驻重庆联络处与百老汇电影中心共同主办的“岁月留声·港影港乐”第七届香港主题电影展重庆站展映活动在江北城百丽宫影院举行。香港特区政府驻重庆联络处主任苏紫贤，重庆市港澳办、市商务委、市工商联相关负责人出席开幕式。

The 7th Hong Kong Themed Film Festival in Chongqing, “The Sound of Memories·Hong Kong Films and Music”, jointly hosted by the liaison office of the government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(SAR) in Chongqing and the Broadway Cinematheque, was held at Palace Cinema in Jiangbei Town from October 14 to 23. Su Zixian,the director of the liaison office of the government of Hong Kong SAR in Chongqing, and related officials of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipality, Chongqing Municipality Commission of Commerce and Chongqing Municipality Federation of Industry and Commerce attended the opening ceremony of the event.

在开幕式上，香港特区政府驻重庆联络处主任苏紫贤，百老汇电影中心总监麦圣希，香港著名导演、编剧、监制高志森，华语乐坛金牌填词人周耀辉，共同为影展启幕。苏紫贤表示，改革开放40年来，香港与内地的电影事业发展迅速，尤其自2003年签订CEPA（《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》）后，掀起香港与内地合拍电影的热潮。在内地多座城市举办的香港影展，带来众多原汁原味的香港佳片，为两地电影业界的合作交流架起桥梁。苏紫贤希望内地观众既能从这些经典影片中感受香港发展的历史，也能从变化发展中感受到香港不变的浓浓人情，这也是两地人民文化上同根同源的联结。

第七届“岁月留声·港影港乐”香港影展开创性地从音乐角度进行电影展映，涵盖武侠、歌舞、戏曲等多类型影片，配合香港词曲大师名作，为影迷观众开启视听盛宴。在为期10天的影展期间，共计展映了《南海十三郎》《十二夜》《黄飞鸿之男儿当自强》《如果·爱》《我爱夜来香》《大话西游之大圣娶亲》《忘不了》《赌神》《虎度门》《夜半歌声》《倩女幽魂》《刀马旦》《岁月神偷》等13部影片。

开幕式影片《南海十三郎》放映结束后，执导该片的香港著名导演、编剧、监制高志森还与现场观众分享了他多年来的创作态度与丰富的影剧经历。华语乐坛金牌词人周耀辉还在10月15日晚间举行了“香港电影的影像与音乐”对话沙龙。

据了解，香港影展已成功举办6届，去年首度巡展至重庆，吸引众多影迷观众参加。本届香港影展先后在北京、济南、沈阳、上海、大连、天津、昆明、成都、重庆、杭州、深圳、广州、武汉、长沙、宁波共15座城市巡展，将持续到今年12月底。

At the opening ceremony, Su Zixian, the director of the liaison office of the government of Hong Kong SAR in Chongqing, Gary Mak, the director of the Broadway Cinematheque, Gao Zhisen, a famous director,scriptwriter and executive producer of Hong Kong and Zhou Yaohui, a noted lyricist of Chinese music, rang up the curtain on the Film Festival. Mr Su said that Hong Kong’s film industry with the mainland has grown rapidly in the past four decades since the reform and opening up of China, especially since the signing of CEPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement etween the Mainland and Hong Kong) in 2003 when Hong Kong’s co-production with the mainland has been booming. The Hong Kong Film Festival held in various cities in the mainland has brought a large number of well-made original and authentic Hong Kong films, building a bridge for the cooperation and exchange between the two film industries. Mr.Su hopes that from these classic films mainland audiences can experience the history of Hong Kong’s development as well as the strong unchanged human sensibilities of Hong Kong which are also the cultural connection between the two peoples.

A variety of films including swordsmen, musical,theatrical and other themed films was screened on the 7th Hong Kong Themed Film Festival from the perspective of music in harmony with masterpiece of songwriting masters of Hong Kong, presenting an audio-visual feast for film fans and audiences. During the 10-day film festival, a total number of 13 films was screened including The Mad Phoenix, Twelve Nights,Once Upon a Time in China II, Perhaps Love, All the Wrong Spies, A Chinese Odyssey Part Two: Cinderella,Lost in time, God of Gamblers, Stage Door, The Phantom Lover, A Chinese Ghost Story, A Moment of Romance, Echoes Of The Rainbow.

After the screening of film “The Mad Phoenix”at the opening ceremony, Gao Zhishen, a renowned director, screenwriter and executive producer of Hong Kong who directed this film, shared with the field audience his attitude towards creation and rich experience in film and TV series over the years. Zhou Yaohui, a noted lyricist of Chinese music, held a dialogue salon of “Cinematographic Image and Music of Hong Kong Films” on the evening of October 15.

It is reported that the Hong Kong Themed Film Festival has been successfully held for six years.Last year, it was held in Chongqing for the first time,attracting a large number of movie fans. This year’s Festival will be held in 15 cities successively including Beijing, Jinan, Shenyang, Shanghai, Dalian, Tianjin,Kunming, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen,Guangzhou, Wuhan, Changsha and Ningbo and will run through the end of December.

高志森：我希望有机会到重庆来拍一部电影

高志森，

香港著名导演、编剧、监制。曾执导了《开心鬼》《富贵逼人》《家有喜事》《我和春天有个约会》《南海十三郎》等多部香港经典电影。

10月14日晚，专程来渝参加“岁月留声·港影港乐”第七届香港主题电影展重庆站展映活动的香港著名导演、编剧、监制高志森，与重庆观众展开了一场关于电影与创意的对话。

“悲观的人搞喜剧本身就是悲剧”

高志森曾拍摄了多部经典喜剧电影，对于喜剧电影他有着自己的理解：“电影首先应该是娱乐观众，拍喜剧片就好像是向观众洒香水，观众得到了芳香，拍喜剧片的人自己也非常快乐、非常享受。”他认为，拍喜剧需要非常开朗乐观的性格，如果是一个很悲观、看东西很灰暗的人去搞喜剧，这本身就是一个悲剧。

高志森评价，香港喜剧电影比较重视的是画面、剪接、演员的表情和视觉性，对“对白”的重视程度比较低。因为语言是有地域性、时代性的，当时听上去很好笑的，再过10年可能都不讲了，而且经过配音和字幕处理以后，不同地方的观众对对白的体会与感受就会完全不一样。他认为目前香港年轻导演之中，很少有人继承这些香港喜剧电影的精髓了。

“创意就是元素的重新组合”

高志森表示，他参加很多“青年大师班”“微电影大师班”活动时，经常被问到“怎么才能拿奖”，他的答案很简单：“上一次让你哭得死去活来的是什么事，为什么这件事会让你这么痛心？上一次让你笑得站不起来的是什么事？为什么那么好笑？你就把感动你的写出来、拍出来，如果一个作品不能打动自己就不能打动观众。”

对于目前不断涌现的文创、创意策划从业者，高志森说，他理解的创意就是元素的重新组合。他称，这一观点是已故香港著名词曲作家黄霑最早跟他提到的，而他自己身边每天发生的大小事情，自己亲朋好友的故事，都能够成为创作元素的来源。

“希望能够来重庆拍一部电影”

2017年，高志森曾携舞台剧《金锁记》来过重庆，这一次参加第七届香港主题电影展重庆站展映活动又一次来到重庆，也加深了他对重庆的认识。“重庆是一个现代大都市，我还想多学习了解一些重庆的文化。我觉得重庆很适合拍现代戏，重庆是一个能够很充分反映中国改革开放发展变化的地方，也能够很好地反映中国现代商业气息。同时也保留了传统、古老的东西，非常有意思。”高志森说，重庆城市很立体，给人视觉感官很丰富，有山有水，很有层次，很适合在镜头里面表现。希望自己有一天能够来重庆拍一部电影。
