摘 要：随着我国国民经济的不断创新与发展，尤其是作为基础项目之一的水利工程建设项目更是在经济发展中发挥了重要的作用。加之近年来，各种新兴技术的层出不穷以及新材料的应用更是推动了水利水电工程建设的发展。下面文章则针对现阶段我国水利水电工程中基础施工作业存在的一系列问题进行深入的研究与分析，希望通过文章的论述可以为相关工作人员及水利水电工程事业的长久发展提供合理的参考。

Abstract： With the continuous innovation and development of our national economy， especially as one of the basic projects， water conservancy construction projects have played an important role in economic development. In addition， in recent years， a variety of emerging technologies and the application of new materials have promoted the development of water conservancy and hydropower construction. This paper conducts an in-depth research and analysis of a series of problems existing in the foundation construction in Chinas water conservancy and hydropower projects at the present stage， in the hope that through the discussion of the paper we can provide a reasonable reference for the relevant staff and the long-term development of water conservancy and hydropower projects.

引言

在水利水电工程建设中，尤其是基础工程作业施工在整个施工作业环节中所起到的作用是不言而喻的。基础项目作业施工的质量将决定整个水利水电工程的建设质量以及使用寿命，故此作为相关施工作业人员及领导者必须引起足够的重视。在施工作业中，将质量控制放置第一位。在确保质量的前提下，不断加强技术创新和工艺创新。惟有如此，方能确保水利水电工程的长久发展，更好地推动我国国民经济的建设发展。

1 水利水电工程基础施工特点分析
