摘 要：压缩天然气加气机属于我国强制计量检定器具之一，随着天然气用量的不断提升，进一步增加了检定工作的重要程度。文章根据以往工作经验，对压缩天然气加气机计量检定过程的注意事项和存在的问题进行总结，并从加气机密度的设定和检查、加气机计量超差的调整、区域交流平台的构建三方面，论述了压缩天然气加气机计量检定的对策分析。

Abstract： Compressed natural gas dispenser is one of the compulsory metrology verification instruments in our country. With the continuous increase of natural gas consumption， the importance of verification work is further increased. Based on the previous work experience， this paper summarizes the points for attention in the metrological verification of compressed natural gas dispensers and the existing problems. From three aspects of setting and checking the density of the gas dispenser， adjusting the measurement excess of the gas dispenser， and constructing the regional exchange platform， this paper discusses the countermeasures for the metrological verification of the compressed natural gas dispenser.

前言

压缩天然气加气机主要是为天然气汽车提供燃料补给，并带有计量、计价等作用，该种加气机属于独立的售气计量系统，其主要装置包括微机控制器、显示器、流量计等。随着压缩天然气的用量越来越多，消费者对于加气机计量结果的准确性产生了疑惑，甚至还出现了很多投诉事件的发生。因此，相关管理部门需要强化对加气站的计量监管工作，确保计量行为的规范性。

1 压缩天然气加气机计量检定过程中的注意事项

1.1 注意检定装置清零

我国在CNG加气机计量检定工作过程中制定了明确的规定流程，其中最重要的便是对检定装置进行清零操作，紧接着将加气阀打开，按照相关的启动顺序对CNG加气机进行操作。但在具体标准装置检定时，所显示出来的检定数值涵盖了密封实现过程中所残留下来的天然气，但没有通过CNG加气机，因此无法对该计算部门的CNG的体积值进行计量，这一点需要工作人员提高重视程度。……
