摘要：通过对公安大数据的标签体系分类方法及技术路线的研究，利用基础属性标注、统计、模型算法及大数据分析等技术，将公安业务对象实体形成属性标签、统计分析标签和模型算法标签，实现了在大数据业务场景下，对公安工作对象的背景标签从分类方法、标签生成、标签管理、标签应用等一整套解决方案，并提供了Rest风格的查询接口供其他系统进行展示，有效地推动公安數据跨地区、跨部门、跨警种的共享共用，促进了公安业务模型向智能化、自动化方向发展，发现和预测工作对象内在的特征，进行人员预警管控和风险评估。

Abstract： Through the research on the classification method and technical route of the public security big data label system and the technology of the basic attribute tagging， statistics， model algorithm and big data analysis， the public security business object entity forms the attribute label， the statistical analysis label and the model algorithm label， and realizes the public security workers under the big data service scene. The background labels for the object are a set of solutions from the classification method， the label generation， the label management， the label application and so on. The Rest style query interface is provided for other systems to be displayed， which can effectively promote the sharing of public security data across regions， cross departments and cross police， and promote the intelligence of the public security business model. 1 背景

标签，是描述客观事物的方法，是对业务逻辑的抽象表达，是从真实的人物行为、属性中通过收集和分析人物的社会属性、行为属性等信息后给出的人物特征，标签描述了一个数据集，如具有同一属性的人群（或者设备），性别（标签值：男、女）表示同性别的人员；如涉恐人员，表示公安涉恐人员。总之，标签是同一特征的人群集合，是一个业务逻辑的抽象。

近年来，用标签对人员进行画像和相关特征分析，对人员进行识别、分类，并建立相关的业务应用系统以帮助用户在其相关的业务上进行工作流程、工作模式的改进，是目前在消费、金融、公共事务等领域的普遍做法，如美国的亚马逊、中国的淘宝网、天猫、京东商城等大型电子商务网站都为访问商城用户进行建模，按其购物行为特征对每个用户打标签，从而给用户推荐用户可能喜欢的物品；……
