摘 要： 素质教育强调学生综合能力的培养，修辞教育关系到学生语言素养的健全和提高。素质教育与修辞教育之间存在着密切的关系。本文试图通过分析学生的现状来阐述加强修辞教育的必要性和重要性，这一点关系到学生综合素质的培养和塑造。

The interpretation of combination between the quality-oriented education and the rhetorical teaching in vocational school

Abstract：The quality-oriented education emphasizes the development about the synthetic ability of student. The rhetorical teaching impacts the perfection and improving about the langrage accomplishment of student. There is a close relationship between the quality-oriented education and the rhetorical teaching. Analysing the present situation of the student， the thesis try to interpret the necessity and importance in enhancing the rhetorical teaching. The education relates to the development and creation of the student's overall quality.

众所周知：“素质教育是一种强调学生德、智、体、美全面发展的教育”【1】。修辞就是修饰言辞，是用最恰切完美的语言加工形式去获得最佳表达效果的语言美化手段。也就是说修辞是让语言变得更美、更能让人接受，它是衡量一个人语言水平的一个主要标准，修辞水平的高低直接显示着一个人的语言素养。毋庸置疑的是语言是人类最重要的交际工具，语言表达是否准确得体是一个人综合素质和能力的重要体现。由此可见，素质教育与修辞教学之间存在着密切的联系，我们应当注重修辞对学生素质的养成作用。毕竟从学生的长远利益来看，今天的学生日后总是要走上社会的，走上社会就必定要与人交往，与人交往就必定要用到语言及其与之密不可分的修辞。素质教育所要培养造就的不应是一个只懂理论不会应用的“书呆子”，所以在语文这门学科上理应注重学生学以致用的实际能力，口语交际就是其中的一项重要内容，也是体现学生综合素质的一个重要方面。从某种意义上说，口头表达所展现的不仅是口才，还有说话者的内在素质。……
