摘要：新时代的装修，为了美观，将水暖管、电线、网线和有线电视线等等都辐射在墙面、地面和屋顶内部。装修过程中，难免出现打孔、钉钉子、开槽等工序，可能会伤害到隐身在暗处的管线。而我们会在开发商交房之前，我们配合水暖电设计单位，尤其是对应的施工单位，完成毛坯墙面上的各种管线的定位，用不同颜色的防水、防脱落涂料，显示不同管线的位置，为后续房主的装修，扫除后顾之忧。

Abstract：In the modern era of decoration， plumbing pipes， wires， cable， and cable TV lines are hiding in the walls， the ground， and the roof for the beauty. During the decoration process， it is inevitable that there will be punching， nailing， slotting and other processes， which may damage the pipeline hidden in the dark. Before we deliver to the developer， we will cooperate with the plumbing design company， especially the corresponding construction company， to complete the positioning of various pipelines on the blank wall， and use different colors of waterproof and anti-shedding paint to show the position of different pipelines which will sweep away the worries of decoration for the future homeowners.

引言

隨着人类社会的发展，人们的家居环境要求也越来越高。人们对舒适度的要求提升，对于在家中安装地暖等增加舒适度的措施也日渐增加。但对于装修时对管线的排布问题以及是否在装修时对管线的伤害也是更加重视。

其次，房地产商在建造时对，例如水管、电线等管线[1]的排布方式的不同，以及一些住户在装修时的不同要求，为了家居环境的美观或者业主对开发商管线布局的不清晰，使得业主更加有必要在装修前弄明白开发商在每个房间对管线的安排，这样更加方便业主对于装修时的安排并且这对于业主的自身家居环境的安全性也尤为重要。

目前，有调查研究表明，更多业主希望在装修前弄清楚开发商对于建筑的管线排布，以更好的设计自己的家居环境，这也更加体现了我们这个项目的重要性。并且为了增加业主们对家居环境的舒适度，以及建筑行业的飞速发展，也是该项目实现的基础。……
