摘 要：预制装配式建筑施工现场使用的塔式起重机吨位较大，其固定支腿是由四个标准件预埋到现浇混凝土中的，固定支腿与基础节的连接是通过水平向的销轴固定的，一旦固定支腿安装标高发生较大误差，塔吊的基础节及上部标准节将无法正常安装，需要另外加工转换节，本固定架结合TC7530-16T塔式起重机固定支腿安装及混凝土浇筑实例，通过设置可调整标高的螺杆，来有效控制混凝土浇筑振捣环节产生的位移对固定支腿标高的影响。

Abstract： prefabricated construction site of the tower crane using large tonnage， the fixed support leg is composed of four standard parts embedded to cast-in-situ concrete， fixed legs connected with the ground through the horizontal pin fixed， fixed legs once the installation elevation occurred biggish error section the basic section and the upper part of the tower crane standard will not be installed， require additional processing and conversion section， the fixed frame combined with TC7530-16T tower crane fixed leg installation and concrete pouring example by setting screw adjustment of elevation， to effectively control the displacement of concrete pouring and vibrating process on the effect of fixed leg elevation.

1 工程概况

上海市闵行区华漕镇某地块项目总建筑面积71701.2m2，其中地下建筑面积为18031.82m2，地上建筑面积为53669.38m2，人防建筑面积为3408m2。共6幢16层住宅楼，总高度49.5m，标准层高2.8m，装配整体式剪力墙结构，预制率40%（含：叠合楼板、剪力墙、外围墙体、楼梯、阳台板、空调板等）；1幢地下车库，2幢工房站，物业、配套商业（3层装配式框架结构，总高度13.9m），垃圾房，门卫等13个单体；质量目标为争创上海市优质结构和白玉兰奖。

根据本工程装配结构施工特点，每个号房布置一台塔式起重机，型号均为TC7530-16T，塔机承台基础尺寸为7.2m×7.2m×1.6m，每个承台设4套500mm×500mm桩长为39m的预制混凝土方桩；为了确保塔机固定支腿在基础混凝土浇筑过程中不发生位移和上浮，经综合考虑后，在固定基节上安装一个固定支架，利用可调整标高的螺杆来控制固定支腿的标高。
