摘要：目的：探究红外热成像技术在颈肩综合征治疗领域疗效评定的客观性。方法：选取100例符合颈肩综合症诊断的患者，针灸取穴治疗45天，在治疗前后进行主诉、体格检查及红外热像仪的评定。结果：患者治疗前后的红外热像仪的图像改变情况与主诉进行对照，红外热象仪的评定符合率为91%。结论：红外热像仪作为颈肩综合征的疗效判定方法，具有较为客观诊断及评价的功能，效果良好。

ABSTRACT：Objective：To explore the objectivity of infrared thermal imaging in the evaluation of the treatment of neck and shoulder syndrome. Methods：One hundred patients who met the diagnosis of neck and shoulder syndrome were enrolled. Acupuncture and moxibustion were used for 45 days. The main complaints，physical examination and infrared camera were evaluated before and after treatment. Results：The image changes of the infrared camera before and after treatment were compared with the main complaints and physical examination results. The coincidence rate of the infrared thermal imager was 91%. Conclusion：As a method for judging the therapeutic effect of neck and shoulder syndrome，infrared thermal imager has the function of objective diagnosis and evaluation，and the effect is good.

頸肩综合征是颈部、肩部以至臂肘的肌筋并联发生酸软、痹痛、乏力感，及功能障碍等临床表现的病症。颈肩综合征以颈椎退行性病变为基础，其发展是一个很漫长的过程，常和身体素质、职业、生活习惯、寒冷有明显关系。随着一些功能性疾病人群的与日俱增，国内外已经开始着手研究相应的诊断和疗效评定的仪器，医用红外热像仪在国外得到广泛的应用，国内的不同领域如乳腺癌、动脉栓塞、动脉癌、关节炎已有研究，但是在肩颈综合症等慢性肌肉劳损的研究方面尚无报道，其检查水平主要停留在体格检查方面，红外热像仪在功能性疾病检查方面，以便捷、安全、超早诊断的优势已然显现，也必将成为一种趋势，具有广阔的医疗应用前景。本实验拟探究红外热象仪检查技术在颈肩综合征针灸治疗的疗效评定中的应用。
