摘要：党的十九大会议确立了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导地位，新时代中国特色社会主义思想确定了国家和党建设的前进方针，也是马克思主义中国化的时代成果。而高校共青团是平面政治组织中的超大规模建设，属于先进青年组织，更是党坚实的后备力量，共青团作为国家政权和社会建设的主要支柱力，承担着巨大责任，在实行党和国家政策方面发挥着不可或缺的势力。基于此，本文主要研究基于习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想下，对高校共青团职能发挥的意义进行研究，主要分为两大版块，一是对当前高校共青团职能建设的困境所在进行分析，二是根据困境发生的问题进行改善方式的建议提出，以研究习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对高校共青团职能意义。

The significance of socialism with Chinese characteristics to the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities in the new era

Abstract： The Nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China established Xi Jinping's guiding position of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities is a super-large-scale construction of plane political organizations， belonging to advanced youth organizations， but also a solid reserve force of the Party. As the main pillar of state power and social construction， the Communist Youth League bears great responsibility and plays an indispensable role in the implementation of the Party and national policies. Based on this， this paper mainly studies the significance of the functions of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities under Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It is suggested to study the significance of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era to the functions of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.

1  当前高校共青团职能建设困境所在

自2018年党的19大会议召开以来，中国正逐渐进入由习近平引进的新时代中国特色社会主义思想时代，在此过程中，高校共青团发挥的作用不可估量，高校共青团是履行党的19大精神的群团组织，帮助培养高素质社会主义建设人才和开展思想政治教育工作的团体，因此，为顺应新时代发展需求，共青团需要加强对自身的功能建设。……
