摘 要： 近十几年来，我国对生活垃圾的管理工作越来越重视，垃圾能否进行有效分类，很大程度上取决于城市居民的垃圾分类行为。本文以南京市相关垃圾分类政策的了解度和居民对垃圾分类的认知为基础，通过文献阅读和实证调查，从不同环境、年龄阶层、经济教育水平等城市居民及环卫工人等对于垃圾分类的认知和行为进行对比分析，探究城市居民垃圾分类行为的影响因素。在此基础上，结合相关部门的政策制度，提出了合理化的解决方案，促进城市居民垃圾分类具体措施的实施，营造良好的居民生活环境，以形成环境友好型城市体系。

Study on the influence factors of urban residents' garbage classification behavior---Take Nanjing for example.

Abstract： In the past ten years， China has paid more and more attention to the management of household waste. Whether garbage can be classified effectively depends largely on the garbage classification behavior of urban residents. This paper takes garbage classification policy related degree of understanding and the inhabitants of the cognition of garbage classification as the foundation in Nanjing， through reading literature and empirical investigation， from a different environment， age，level of economy and education to urban residents and sanitation workers for garbage classification comparison between the cognitive and behavioral analysis， to explore the influence factors of urban garbage classification behavior. On this basis， combining with the relevant departments of the policy system， we propose the rationalization of the solution and the implementation of specific measures to promote the urban garbage classification， to create a good environment for the residents，and form a environmental friendly citys system.

随着中国城市经济的日益发展，城市化进程也明显加速，导致城市生活垃圾的产生量不断增长，垃圾问题日益突出。生活垃圾是在混合垃圾最大的浪费部分组成的研究[1]， 生活垃圾分类是城市生活垃圾管理的基础和前提，而国内城市生活垃圾分类处理的研究较晚。南京市作为我国8个垃圾分类试点城市之一[2]，不停探究促进城市居民主动进行生活垃圾分类的方法，这也是我们选择以南京市为例的缘由。垃圾围城问题已经成为城市可持续发展的一个主要问题[3]，以往由于没有行之有效的制度保障，垃圾分类回收利用一直处于较低的水平，这些经验教训使得从源头对生活垃圾分类得到越来越多的重视[4]。……
