[摘要] 目的 分析研讨复方黄柏液治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床价值。方法 用1：1随机数字法分两组讨论该院2015年8月—2017年10月期间收治的糖尿病足溃疡患者80例，每组40例，均接受常规创面处理，为保持创面湿润，对照组接受康复新液治疗，研究组接受复方黄柏液治疗，观察两组患者治疗状况，并比较。结果 比较两组患者疼痛程度评分、创面面积、中医证候积分，治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后，研究组指标均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 将复方黄柏液用于治疗糖尿病足溃疡，疗效突出，在缓解疼痛、缩小创面面积等方面作用更为突出，促进血管内皮功能恢复，应用价值大。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the clinical value of fufang huangbai ye in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， all patients used the routine wound surface treatment， in order to keep the wound surface moist， the control group were treated with kangfuxin liquid， while the research group were treated with fufang huangbai ye， and the treatment status of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The pains degree score， wound surface area， TCM integral score before and after treatment were not obvious（P>0.05）， after treatment， the indicators in the research group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of fufang huangbai ye in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer is outstanding， which is of more outstanding significance to relieving the pains and shortening the wound surface area， and promoting the recovery of vascular endothelial function， and the application value is big.

糖尿病疾病较为常见的一种慢性并发症则为糖尿病足溃疡，患者身心、家庭，以及社会均需承受较大负担。若糖尿病足溃疡疾病不愈合，患者可能会截肢，且截肢患者5年内死亡率比结肠癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤死亡率高。因此，确保临床治疗糖尿病足溃疡疾病疗效则相当重要。该研究中2015年8月—2017年10月间纳入80例糖尿病足溃疡患者分两组讨论复方黄柏液的治疗作用。报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般資料

用1：1随机数字法分两组讨论80例糖尿病足溃疡患者，每组40例。对照组：男性22例，女性18例，年龄（43.5±10.1）岁，病程时间（12.5±4.1）年；研究组：男性23例，女性17例，年龄（43.8±10.2）岁，病程时间（12.6±4.2）年。两组患者基本资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

对照组接受康复新野（批准文号：国药准字Z53020054，药品特性：中药；规格：50 mL或100 mL）治疗，将药液浸湿纱布，并贴敷在病灶部位，清创处理创面后，再用康复新液进行冲洗，用浸润药物的纱布进行填塞。研……
