【摘 要】为了保障整个测量工作的顺利开展，需要针对海洋测量工作开展中的通信技术应用进行全面分析，保障在海洋通信技术的应用分析中，能够及时将对应的测量工作开展好。借助新一代北斗卫星系统能够构建起海洋测量船和卫星导航之间的信息传输关系。鉴于此，论文针对新一代北斗卫星系统在海洋测量船中的应用进行了专门研究。

【Abstract】In order to ensure the smooth development of the whole survey work， we need to make a comprehensive analysis on the application of communication technology in the marine surveying work. And we should ensure that in the analysis of the application of ocean communication technology， the corresponding surveying work can be carried out well in time. With the help of the new generation of Beidou satellite system， the information transmission relationship between the ocean survey ship and the satellite navigation can be constructed. In view of this， the application of the new generation of Beidou satellite system in ocean survey ship is specially studied in this paper.

1引言

新一代北斗卫星通信系统的应用能够将海洋测量船中的通信设备与卫星直连，实现了通信技术传输控制的信息实时化监督，对于保障海洋通信工程的建设和发展，具有重要性研究意义，对于我国海洋资源开采技术的实施与控制也具有明显的保障性研究意义。

2 海洋测量通信技术应用需求分析

海洋测量通信技术的应用需要满足整个海洋行船中的通信技术控制传输应用需求，并且在海洋通信传输技术的控制中，对应的系统控制需求应该满足通信传输中的控制架设能力应用需求。按照这种需求，将海洋测量船通信技术应用中的需求进行了汇总，具体的需求如下表1所示。

按照表1中的通信技术应用需求分析来看，在整个通信传输技术的控制应用中，对于远距离监控技术的传输建设需求是较为必要的，借助远距离传输控制能够实现对整个通信传输技术的控制，保障了整个通信传输中的技术应用控制能力提升。……
