【摘 要】我国国土面积广阔，地形地势复杂，由于铁路交通运输速度快、安全性高、运载量大，因此作为长途运输方式，广泛应用于客运和货运中，在我国综合交通运输体系中发挥着重要作用。为了加快培养铁道交通运营管理人才，相关院校要结合社会需求，并遵循专业相关要求，转变传统教学方法，与时代接轨，培养出高技能的铁道交通运营管理人才。

【Abstract】China has a vast territory and a complex terrain. Because of the high speed， high safety and large capacity， railway transportation is widely used in passenger transportation and freight transportation as a long distance transportation mode， which plays an important role in the comprehensive transportation system in China. In order to speed up the training of railway traffic management personnel， the relevant colleges and universities should combine the needs of the society and follow the requirements of professional related， change the traditional teaching methods， and keep pace with the times， so as to cultivate high skilled railway operation and management talents.

1 引言

高职教育主要是培养高技能、高素质的应用型人才，高职院校铁路交通运营管理专业教学应充分展现高职院校教育特点，并加大人才培养力度，适应社会发展需求。但是，大部分高职院校仍然采用传统教学方法进行教学，教学质量较差，重视理论教学、轻视实践教学，以教师为主导，遏制了学生的创造性。为此，文章将对高职院校铁道交通运营管理专业教学现状和教学方法进行分析，希望为相关教师提供参考，并根据本校特点合理选择教学方法，提高教学质量。

2 高职院校铁道交通运营管理专业教学现状

2.1 重视理论教学，缺乏实践

当前，很多教师在教学过程中，应用多媒体课件、幻灯片、模型等辅助教学手段，但是，由于铁路专业课知识大多来源于现实生活，在学习过程中，往往要通过实践才能达到教学目的，照本宣科的理论知识教学会使学生感到厌恶，理论联系实际较困难，教师所讲的知识难以转化为学生职业技能，学生没有养成独立思考问题的能力，严重影响教学质量。……
