摘要：探索高校实验室管理体制改革及结构布局调整与资产配置优化等方面的问题；论述高校以提高教学水平为主线，全面加强实验室与仪器设备管理工作，建立全校一体的实验室仪器设备共享平台，更好地发挥实验室在素质教育和创新人才培养方面的作用，进而提高教学工作水平和教学质量，提高学校的社会影响力和地位。

Abstract： This paper studies the problems in college labs' management system reform， structure layout adjustment and property distribution betterment. The following points are discussed in this paper： how to strengthen the management of teaching laboratory and equipment and how to set up uniformly a shared platform of apparatus， which making labs play a more important role in the quality education and education of creative talents.And then schools can improve the overall level of work and the quality of teaching as well as raise the social status and influence.

0 引言

高校的实验室是人才培养的重要基地，是科学研究的重要载体，是服务社会的重要窗口，是文化传承创新的重要保障，是国际交流合作的重要纽带。近年来，实验室建设速度和仪器设备增加量非常快，仪器设备的水平和档次越来越高，对我们实验室与仪器设备管理工作提出更高的要求，如何来开发使用这些贵重仪器设备，如何更好地为教学科研服务，充分发挥他们的育人功能，是我们研究和探索实验室与仪器设备管理工作的首要任务。

1 加大投资，搭建育人平台

学校加大对实验室建设和学科建设的投入力度，搭建教学实验大平台，按照不同教学层次配置资源，进行重点建设，使实验室仪器设备得到补充和更新，为提高学生创新能力搭建起良好的育人平台，资源效益得到明显提高，仪器设备更新率达40～50%，一批先进的仪器设备装备到实验教学第一线。如电工原理教学实验室新配置的KHDG-1型高性能电工综合实验装置，实现网络化管理，达到国内一流水平。……
