摘要：当今，计算机专业、网络与安全专业、物联网专业的学生就业的技能与社会人才需求的脱节，迫切需要有一种平台来改变学生的实践技能，实践技能的训练是建立在现有的课程教学体制上，以提高学生课外专业实践能力，培养学生自主学习、知识分享，学长带学弟和学妹。因此，提出了由学生建立自己的基于Linux开源的聚合社区，老师参与指导的模式，具有解决学生自主学习、兴趣小组、知识分享的问题，建立在校学生与外界企业的学长沟通的桥梁，对学生专业能力的提高和就业来说具有重要的研究意义。

Abstract： Nowadays， the skills of the students who major in the computer specialty， the network and the security profession and the Internet of things are disjointed. Hence， a platform changes the students' practical skills is still urgent for the society . The training of practical skills is based on the existing curriculum teaching system to raise the students' extracurricular professional practice ability， to cultivate students' independent learning and knowledge sharing with the help of senior. Therefore， it is proposed that the students build their own Linux based open-source community， the teacher participation in the guidance of the model， to solve students' autonomous learning， interest groups， knowledge sharing， and to establish a bridge between the students and the outside enterprises. It has important research significance for the improvement of students' Professional ability and employment.

0 引言

当今，是一个互联网+信息飞跃发展的新时代，知识性的新时代，其核心是“与自主化相适应的社会观，这种社会观包括了多元化、一体、互助和参与等理念”[1]，基于这样的环境下，软硬件技术进入了一个“大众参与创新”的全新阶段，在该阶段呈现出“以人为中心”和“持续演化”的鲜明特征，群体协同与持续演化的互联网大规模群体协同创作模式对软硬件开发产生变革性的影响，“有人参与，有人贡献，有人受益，新老传承，自主创新，本色不变”的聚合性开源社区具备着强大的生命力。而基于Linux的开源社区的强大的生命力在高校具备强大的优势，Linux开源社区在国内外，普遍存在，国内更多的存在于高校，高校是一个不错的开源发源地，是同学们学习的主要场所，是对技术探讨的最佳场所，是最佳知识及源码分享的地方。……
