摘要： 如何对旧沥青路面进行处理一直是高速公路改扩建工程行业内普遍讨论的热点。怎么对旧沥青路面的可用性能进行评价分析，以及如何在旧路面铣刨重铺和选择性保留利用只见做出选择，截至目前还未有一个统一的标准。本文主要对京港澳高速公路驻信段旧沥青路面的抗水损坏性能、抗车辙性能两个方面进行评价，并与沪宁高速改扩建项目和安新高速改扩建项目检测数据进行比对，得出了驻信高速路用性能优于以上两条高速，可以保留使用的结论。

Abstract： How to deal with the old asphalt pavement has always been a hot topic in the expressway reconstruction and expansion project. How to evaluate and analyze the available performance of the old asphalt pavement， and how to make the choice of the old pavement milling and selective reservation and utilization， there is no uniform standard at present. This paper evaluates two aspects of the anti water damage performance and anti rutting performance of the old asphalt pavement of the Beijing Hong kong and Macao expressway， and compares it with the detection data of the Shanghai Nanjing Expressway Extension Project and the Anxin expressway extension project. It is concluded that the performance of the resident expressway is superior to the above two highways and can keep the use of the conclusion.

0 引言

在高速公路改扩建工程中，尤其是改扩建项目，对于其旧沥青路面的改造处理一直是业内讨论的热点之一。若全部铣刨重铺、处理过度的话，在经济上、资源上、工期上都是一种浪费，也显得不科学、不严谨、不负责；但如果不能准确把握旧沥青路面性能状况、设计方案发生失误的话，势必会对路面造成质量隐患。

1 概述

驻信段改扩建工程全长约137km，其中双侧拼宽路段约110公里，从取芯情况看，水稳基层完整性较好，但旧沥青路面路用性能处于何种状态，尤其是紧急停车道部位扩建后将成为重载车辆行驶的第三车道，此部位沥青面层性能究竟如何均为未知。

为了进一步了解驻信段原路面沥青路面性能状况，也为其他类似高速公路改扩建项目提供参考。驻信扩建项目在原路面路肩（紧急停车带）位置取样，分层进行了沥青混凝土表干相对密度试验、冻融劈裂试验和路面整体结构层的车辙试验。……
