摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平也得到了大幅提升，而住宅供水作为人们生活必不可少的条件，是保障居民安稳生活的基础所在。住宅小区水表出户改造、实施一户一表不仅极大方便了居民的生活，同时也利于自来水供水公司的集中管理和相关工作的开展。本文从实施住宅小区水表出户改造的必要性着手，结合现状总结出目前所面临的问题并提出相应对策措施，并有针对性的归纳出住宅小区水表出户改造的施工原则和技术要点。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's social economy， people's living standards have also been greatly improved. Residential water supply， as an indispensable condition for people's lives， is the basis for ensuring the stable life of residents. The transformation of household water meters and the implementation of a household one meter not only greatly facilitates the residents' lives， but also facilitates the centralized management of water supply companies and the development of related work. This article starts with the necessity of implementing the water meter household transformation of residential quarters， sums up the current problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures according to the status quo， and concludes the construction principle and technical key points of the water meter household transformation of residential quarters.

0 引言

住宅小区水表出户改造的对象可划分为两大部分：一是对老旧小区住宅内部的供水系统进行改造，将住宅内的水表安装到公共区域；二是用新型水表来更换传统水表的改造。水表出户改造一方面为自来水公司维护管理水表提供了极大便利，另一方面也推进了节约用水、缓解了供水压力。由此可见，水表出户改造已成为发展趋势。

1 水表出户改造的含义

水表出户，又可理解为“一户一表”，此概念的提出是为了有效提升管理效率和缓解我国日益紧缺的水资源现状，促进人们的节约用水意识。水表出户，即针对住宅小区内的进行户内水表外移，且一户仅设置一台水表，通过分层或集中于底层设置并实行阶梯式水价计费的工程项目。

2 对住宅小区进行水表出户、实现一户一表改造工程的必要性分析
