摘要：在全军大力开展实战化训练的背景下，加强军队院校的实战化训练更是必不可少，为此着力构建一支能胜任实战化教学训练要求的、具有时代特征的高素质信息化教员队伍，更是军队院校教育的重中之重。文中提出了实战化教学训练对教员队伍能力素质的要求，提升教员实战化教学训练能力的方法路子以及相应的教员培养机制。

Abstract： Under the background of the military's vigorous training in actual combat， it is indispensable to strengthen practical training in military academies and schools. To this end，to build a high-quality informatized teacher team with the characteristics of the times that can meet the requirements of actual combat teaching and training is even more important in the education of military colleges and universities. The article puts forward the requirements of actual teaching and training on the ability and quality of the teaching staff， the method of improving the actual teaching and training ability of teachers， and the corresponding teacher training mechanism.

0 引言

实战化训练，是按照现代战争制胜机理，在近似实战的环境和条件下进行的训练。近年来，随着全军实战化训练的大力开展，广大官兵普遍认为军队院校是“二线部队”，甚至成为部队实战化训练的短板。军队院校教育就是要培养未来战争和军队建设所需要的新型军事人才，培养军事人才是军队院校教育的基本功能[1]。军事斗争准备说到底是人才的准备，高素质的军事人才是做好军事斗争准备的重中之重[2]。为此，军队院校必须根据部队作战训练和任务需要，紧紧盯住以信息化为主导的训练趋势，着力构建一支能胜任实战化教学训练要求的、具有时代特征的高素质信息化教员队伍。

1 准确把握实战化教学训练对教员队伍能力素质的现实要求

1.1 精教学

精教学是每名合格教员应有的看家本领。训练机构要实现教学训练贴近部队和实战化的目标要求，就要在教员的从教成“精”上做文章，就必须坚持高起点，教员教学要重点抓好“一围二聚三熟四有”[3]。……
