摘要：教学质量是高校发展的核心，教学质量评价是教学管理活动中不可缺少的重要环节。伴随网络信息技术的发展，网络评教成为一种新的教学质量评价方式。本次调查围绕M大学的网络评教系统展开，面向各年级在校学生和任课教师，使用访谈法与问卷调查法等展开调查活动。根据调查结果分析其现状，并提出相应的建议，以提升M大学教学质量评价水平，同时为今后网络教学质量评价体系的不断完善提供参考。

Abstract： Teaching quality is the core of the development of colleges and universities. The evaluation of teaching quality is an indispensable and important part of teaching management activities. With the development of network information technology， network evaluation has become a new way of evaluating teaching quality. The survey focused on the network evaluation system of the University of M. It aimed at students and teachers of all grades， and used interviews and questionnaires to conduct survey activities. According to the results of the survey， the author analyzed the current situation and put forward corresponding suggestions to improve the level of teaching quality evaluation in M universities， and at the same time provide reference for the continuous improvement of the network teaching quality evaluation system in the future.

1 研究背景及意义

《国家中长期教育改革与发展纲要（2010-2020）》中明确指出：“高校要全面提高教育质量，提高人才培养质量。”这充分体现了教学质量在高校的重要性。教学质量是由教学质量评价体系进行反馈，因此，教学质量评价的公正，是提高高校教学质量的重要保证。本文通过对网络评教系统进行调查研究，分析其现状并提出对应的建议，对于收集学生公平有效的评教结果、为教师提供更准确的意见反馈、帮助学校进行教师绩效考核以及探索提升教学质量的方法具有重要意义。

2 调查方案

2.1 调查对象

学生样本是M大学参与焦点小组访谈的2013-2016级10名学生、深层访谈的16名和网络问卷填写的265名2014-2017级学生。教师样本是参与深层访谈的6名任课教师。

2.2 调查流程

第一步，基于M大學的网络评教系统，查阅相关文献，预测出其现状。第二步，根据预测的现状，开展焦点小组访谈，形成访谈记录表。……
