摘要：绿色全产业链碳减排决策会受到融资模式的影响，不同的融资模式下绿色全产业链的碳减排决策会有一定的差异。产业链的碳减排需要大量的资金，缺乏资金就难以购置低碳设施设备并进行低碳技术的研发工作。而仅靠产业自有资金以及政府的补贴难以达到理想的融资效果，产业链融资模式就成为了产业链碳减排资金的一个重要来源。文章分析了订单融资模式、存货融资模式、未来货权融资模式以及知识产权融资模式给绿色全产业链碳减排决策所造成的影响，进而为产业在选择融资模式时提供一定的决策参考。

Abstract： The decision of carbon emission reduction in the green whole industry chain will be affected by the different financing modes， and there will be some differences in the carbon emission reduction decisions of the green whole industry chain under different financing modes. The industrial chain requires a lot of capital to carry out carbon emission reduction activities， and it is difficult to purchase low-carbon facilities and carry out research and develop low-carbon technologies if lacking of funds. The industry chain financing has become an important capital source of carbon emission reduction in the industrial chain. The influence of Order financing mode， stock financing mode， the future property financing mode， and intellectual property rights financing model on green carbon reduction decision-making in the green whole industry chain has been analyzed， which can provide a decision-making reference for those who need select a financing mode in practice.

0 引言

我国为了履行国际碳减排承诺，正在不断的加大各个层面的碳减排工作力度。我国近些年出台了较多的鼓励产业、企业进行碳减排的政策，其中给予企业碳减排资金补贴是一项较为重要的激励政策。然后在产业碳减排的实践过程中，碳减排活动对于资金的需要量较大，而缺乏资金就难以购置低碳设施设备并进行低碳技术的研发工作。而仅靠产业自有资金以及政府的补贴难以达到理想的融资效果，产业链融资模式就成为了产业链碳减排资金的一个重要来源。
