摘要：在我国，城市交通“最后一公里”的出行需求催生了共享单车的出行方式，其中ofo 共享单车以较高的市场占有率、轻快的骑行体验，以及雄厚的资本，迅速进入各大城市，为交通拥堵带来解决办法的新思路。但是共享单车为人们带来出行便利的同时，也引发了停放无序、单车损坏、交通混乱等问题，为城市治理带来极大挑战。所以本文通过对共享单车发展现状以及社会维度管理分析，提出市场、政府与社会的协同治理等对策，旨在帮助共享单车更好的发展，推进城市现代交通体系建设。

Abstract： In China， the travel needs of the "last mile" of urban transportation have given birth to the way of shared bicycles. The ofo shared bicycles quickly enter the major cities with a high market share， brisk riding experience and strong capital， bringing new ideas for solutions to traffic congestion. However， while shared bicycles bring convenience to people， they also cause problems such as disorderly parking， damaged bicycles and chaotic traffic， which poses great challenges to urban governance. Therefore， through the analysis of the development status of shared bicycles and the management of social dimensions， this paper puts forward countermeasures such as market， government and society's collaborative governance. It aims to help the development of shared bicycles and promote the construction of urban modern transportation system.

0 引言

2015 年，ofo小黄车在北大校园悄然兴起。随即各大共享单车企业纷纷效仿其经营模式在全国各大城市出现，企图分一杯羹，开启了出行最后一公里的全新模式。与传统租赁的有桩自行车比，ofo共享单车显得更为舒适和便捷。通过下载ofo小黄车应用程序注册使用，起初需要支付199元押金，学生享有免押金服务，利用app扫描单车二维码便可开启骑行，1元1小时的低廉费用快速占领了市场份额。ofo小黄车集移动支付、GPS定位以及新潮的外观于一身，舒适以及随停随放的骑行体验等优势迅速成为了上班族、学生们的新宠，在地铁站、公交车站、小区附近都随处可见ofo小黄车的身影，只要拥有一台智能手机，即可享受“最后一公里”的便利。
