摘要：随着国家经济的快速发展，教育水平显著提高，但高校毕业生人数逐年增多等诸多原因导致就业问题凸显已成为社会各界关注的焦点，就业问题关系到毕业生发展和在校生的心理稳定，更关系到学校的发展与稳定[1]。学生管理工作是学校工作顺利进行的保证和基础，在学生成长及就业等方面起到至关重要的作用。本文结合地方高校学生管理工作和就业指导中心的工作实践与思考，把日常管理工作与就业指导相融合，对高校学生管理工作提出新的思路与方法，以期提升人才培养质量，促进学校健康有序发展从而提供良好的育人环境。

Abstract： With the rapid development of economy， the education level has improved significantly. However， the number of graduates has increased year after year， thus employment problems becoming the attention focus of all walks of life. Employment issues are related to not only the development of graduates and psychological stability of undergraduates， but also the development and stability of the universities [1]. Student management is the guarantee and foundation for university work， which plays a crucial role in student growth and employment. This paper combines student management at local universities with practice and thoughts at career center together， integrating daily management work with employment guidance. Therefore， new ideas and methods for management of college students are proposed in this thesis， in order to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the healthy and orderly development for university， thus providing a good environment for education.

0 引言

学生管理工作是高校一切工作顺利进行的有效保障，同时也是促進和影响大学生优质就业的重要因素。在国家经济快速发展的当今，经济实力大大增强，教育水平逐渐提升，但面临的问题也随之凸显。就业问题一直是国家重点关注的问题，根据人社部的毕业生数据，2017年毕业生人数加上2016年未就业约1500万人，2018年再创新高，达820万人[2]。李克强总理在5月24日对全国普通高等学校毕业生就业创业工作电视电话会议作出重要批示，强调指出：认真细致做好就业创业服务，创造更多高质量适应毕业生特点和成才需要的管理型、智能型、技术型就业岗位，保持高校毕业生就业水平总体稳定[3]。……
