摘要：进入新世纪以来我国基建事业飞速发展，随着建设的深入发展社会对相关的建筑技术和管理的要求越来越高。这一需求直接提升的我国建筑水平，越来越多的高难度、大规模建筑物应运而生，这就要求工程项目负责单位进行科学的造价控制，以此来保证工程品质，同位提高单位的效益。工程造价控制是否有针对性、是否科学合理对工程的品质和收益影响非常大。本文就结合当前社会情况来探讨科学、合理控制造价工程。

Abstract： Since the beginning of the new century， China's infrastructure construction has been developing rapidly. With the further development of construction， the society has become increasingly demanding for related construction technologies and management. This demand has directly boosted the level of China's architecture and more and more difficult and large-scale buildings have emerged. This requires requires the project responsible unit to carry out scientific cost control in order to guarantee the quality of the project and at the same time improve the efficiency of the unit. Whether the project cost control is targeted or not and whether it is scientific and reasonable has a great influence on the quality and income of the project. This article discusses the scientific and rational control of cost engineering based on current social conditions.

0 引言

建筑工程造价指的是在一个完整的工程中投入的原材料、人力、管理成本的资金和在建筑过程中产生的价值的总和。换而言之就是，一个工程项目从开工到完工过程中所投入的人力、物力的总和。要使得整个工程项目造价总和被限制在合理的范围内，最重要的一个环节就是对整个工程的所有环节进行管理。结合经济相关知识我们可以知道工程项目主要竞争压力是价格的竞争，因此每一个建筑企业必须在工程项目，在保证质量、工期的前提下重视工程造价管理，让整个工程在造价合理、成本最小的前提下获得最大的收益。唯有这样企业才能在竞争激烈的建筑行业占得先机，增强自己的竞争力。经过对建筑工程的研究和讨论，笔者认为想要科学降低项目工程造价的方法主要是要合理管控工程施工阶段中每个模块、环节、阶段，对整个工程进行全方面的统筹规划。……
