摘要：中国进入转型期以来，对农村的发展关注度逐步增强，伴随着城市的发展，中国的城市关系正在经历着快速演变的时期，在发展的过程中，任由其发展必然会导致很多问题的发生，所以现阶段迫切需要探讨中国特色的城乡关系发展的特征与规律，为国家对城乡关系的调整提供相关依据。本文以泰州市为样本，乡村城市化及城乡经济发展为研究方向，采用图标数据分析方法，对泰州城乡关系要素指标变化进行动态分析，了解泰州目前处于的发展状态。

Abstract： Since China entered the transitional period， it has gradually increased its focus on rural development. Along with the development of the city， Chinese urban relations are undergoing a period of rapid evolution. In the process of development， allowing it to develop will inevitably lead to many problems. Therefore， at this stage， there is an urgent need to discuss the characteristics and laws of the development of urban-rural relations with Chinese characteristics， and provide relevant basis for the country's adjustment of urban-rural relations. This article takes Taizhou as a sample， rural urbanization and urban-rural economic development as the research direction， adopts the icon data analysis method， and dynamically analyzes the changes of urban and rural relationship factor indexes in Taizhou to understand the current state of development in Taizhou.

0 引言

城乡关系的变化蕴含在人类经济发展，社会政治变化与阶级关系变动之中，是不同时期城乡相互之间呈现不同的作用，影响与制约。中国已经进入了城乡关系快速演变的阶段，主要特征是乡村人口大量向城市转移，其中还包含着季节性的民工潮，乡村人口就业的重点开始向非农业转变，但是在快速的发展过程中也出现了例如城市扩张对乡村土地的大量蚕食，城市与乡村教育与医疗资源的分布不公平等问题，城乡要素流动与城乡统筹的复杂性与障碍性凸显，极大地制约中国城乡一体化进程的有序推进[1]。所以对城乡关系变化的研究具有深远而广阔的意义。

1 泰州市城乡关系的要素比对分析

城乡关系研究的基础是城乡空间范围的界定，本文参照国家统计局《关于统计上划分城乡的规定（1999）》和《关于统计上划分城乡的暂行规定（2008）》中关于对城乡空间范围的界定，将中心市区认定为城市区域，将外围县区认定为县城为中心的乡村区域。……
