摘要：融资是困扰创业企业的一个难题，创业融资又是创业成功的关键。当前政府政策、社会资金和公益项目等都向大学生自主创业方面倾斜，大学生投资热情高，创新性强，但其社会经验欠缺，创业融资理念缺乏，融资途径窄等原因导致大学生融资效率低等问题。文章以大学生创新创业融资为研究对象，探讨大学生群体创业融资方式，分析其融效率低等问题，引导大学生提高融资能力，并提出社会各界给予大学生创业融资支持。

Abstract： Financing is a difficult problem for startups. Start-up financing is also the key to success. Current government policies， social funds， and public welfare projects have tilted toward college students' self-employment. Students have high investment enthusiasm and strong innovation. However， their social experience is lacking， the lack of entrepreneurial financing concepts， and narrow financing channels have caused problems such as low financing efficiency for college students. The article takes the innovation and entrepreneurship financing of college students as the research object， discusses the college students group venture financing methods， analyzes the problems such as low financial efficiency， guides the college students to improve their financing capacity， and proposes that all sectors of the society give college students the financial support for starting an undertaking.

0 引言

资金是创业企业经济活动的第一推动力和持续推动力，创业企业从建立到生存发展的整个过程都必须筹备足够的运营资金，特别是企业创立之初如果没有启动资金，好想法、好创意、好项目都难以实施。因此，能否获得稳定的资金来源、及时筹集到足额生产要素组合所需资金，对于任何一个创业者、任何一家创业企业的任何一个发展阶段都至关重要，创业融资是创业成功的重要因素之一。大学生创业企业需要多少资金，何时需要，这些资金能使用多久，从何处向谁筹集资金，筹集资金的使用效率怎么样等问题是文章研究的问题，即创业融资概述、创业融资方式和创业融资效率等。

融资是困扰创业企业的一个难题，创业融资是创业成功的重要因素。大学生能借助融资魔力，使企业快速成长的创业企业还不是“融资赢家”，只有在快速成长之后还能够“安全着陆”的创业企业才是真正的融资赢家。……
