[摘要]目的：探讨重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（Recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor， rh-bFGF）联合美容缝合技术在急诊开放性伤口处理中的应用效果。方法：将笔者医院2016年3月-2017年3月收治的80例急诊外伤所致开放性伤口患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法，分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组给予美容缝合技术，观察组在对照组基础上，给予重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（rh-bFGF）创口处理。观察两组患者美容效果、温哥华瘢痕量表及视觉模拟评分情况。结果：观察组总有效率为92.5%显著高于对照组的75.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组VSS及VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：rh-bFGF联合美容缝合技术处理急诊外伤所致开放性伤口美容效果显著，可明显改善患者VSS及VAS评分，减少瘢痕产生，在临床中值得应用推广。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor combined with cosmetic suture technique in emergency open wound management. Methods 80 cases of patients with emergency trauma caused by open wounds were divided into the observation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The control group was given plastic surgery stitching， while the observation group was received plastic surgery stitching combined with rh-bFGF. The cosmetic effect， vancouver scar scale and visual analogue scale were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.0%）， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The VSS and VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Rh-bFGF combined with cosmetic suture technique can improve the cosmetic effect of open wound caused by emergency trauma. It can obviously improve the patient's VSS and VAS score and reduce the scar formation. It is worthy of application in clinical practice.

目前，急诊外伤所致开放性伤口主要以消灭创面、减少出血为主，对创口进行简单快速的清创缝合[1]。但是，由于患者创口污染程度不同且致伤因素復杂，所以患者术后会继发感染，产生瘢痕，从而造成局部结构畸形，严重影响患者外观[2-3]。近年来，重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（Recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor， rh-bFGF）创口处理技术被广泛应用于临床研究中，极大地促进了开放性创伤的修复，减少瘢痕形成，显著改善患者美容效果[4]。本研究选择笔者医院收治的80例急诊外伤所致开放性伤口患者为研究对象，观察治疗后的美容效果，为临床提供治疗建议，现报道如下。

1 资料和方法
