[摘要] 目的 研究糖尿病肾病患者实施个性化血液透析的临床疗效。 方法 选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的糖尿病肾病患者共34例作为该次对比试验的研究对象，现将其分为对照组和观察组，每组患者17例，给予对照组患者常规的血液透析治疗，观察组则指定个性化血液透析治疗。 结果 进行个性化血液透析后，患者的肌酐和尿素氮得到了明显的控制，贫血程度也有所改善（P<0.05），观察组透析后出现不良症状的情况较少（P<0.05）。 结论 个性化血液透析对糖尿病肾病患者的临床治疗效果较为乐观，能够改善患者的健康程度和生活质量，具有临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation on Individualized Hemodialysis of Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical curative effect of individualized hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 34 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 17 cases in each， the control group used the routine hemodialysis treatment， while the observation group used the individualized hemodialysis. Results After the individualized hemodialysis， the creatinine and urea nitrogen of patients were obviously controlled， and the anemia degree was also improved（P<0.05）， and the adverse symptoms after hemodialysis in the observation group were lower（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of individualized hemodialysis in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy is optimistic， which can improve the health degree and quality of life of patients， and it is of clinical application value.

糖尿病肾脏疾病（diabetic kidney disease，DKD）是糖尿病患者终末期极易出现的并发症之一[1]。因患有糖尿病而导致的机体内环境紊乱，肾功能逐渐减退、尿蛋白出现、血压持续增高以及水肿等临床症状，是慢性肾脏疾病较严重的表现。为了更好地控制和治疗该疾病，获取最大化的存活率，该院2016年2月—2017年2月间实施了个性化血液透析，取得了较为满意的结果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院收治的糖尿病肾病患者共34例作为该次对比试验的研究对象，所有患者均在该院透析科接受血液透析治疗，临床生化检查结果与临床症状均符合对2型糖尿病患者的诊断要求，均伴有一定程度的口渴、尿多、皮肤干燥、四肢无力、精神倦怠等表现，个别患者出现头晕、恶心、血压不稳及意识障碍的症状。根据对其选择的治疗方式具有一定的差异性，现将其分为对照组和观察组，每组患者17例，其中对照组的年龄分布在36～78岁之间，平均年龄（67.72±4.31）岁，男9例，女8例；……
