[摘要] 目的 探讨和分析活血通络方配合浴足治疗了0级糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法 将该院老年病科在2016年10月—2017年9月间治疗的糖尿病足患者36例确定为分析对象，对所有患者都采取糖尿病基本疗法，并每日采用活血通络方进行浴足，两个疗程之后，开始评定效果。 结果 经过两个疗程的治疗，36例患者中显效为13例，有效为18例，无效为5例，总有效率达到86.11%。对无效患者来讲，其糖尿病足依然处于病况稳定状态，没有出现显著的进展。 结论 选择活血通络方浴足方法对0级糖尿病足实施治疗，既利于操作，且疗效确切，也不会不良反应发生，值得临床推广应用。

Research on Effect of Huoxue Tongluo Pediluvium on the Level-0 Diabetic Foot

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of huoxue tongluo pediluvium on the level-0 diabetic foot. Methods 36 cases of patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected and all patients used the diabetic basic therapy， and used the huoxue tongluo decoction for pediluvium， and the effect was evaluated after two treatment courses. Results After two treatment courses， of 36 cases， 13 cases were markedly effective， 18 cases were effective， and 5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 86.11%， and for ineffective patients， the diabetic foot was still steady， without obvious progress. Conclusion The huoxue tongluo pediluvium in treatment of level-0 diabetic foot is conductive to operation with definite curative effect but without adverse reactions， and it is worth clinical promotion and application.

糖尿病足被看作是糖尿病方面主要的并发症，不但使患者在身体和心理上遭受病痛的折磨，而且还是致使其截肢乃至病亡的直接因素[1]。据有关调查得知，国外每年有数十万糖尿病患者因此被迫截肢[2]。2016年10月—2017年9月間通过自己研制的活血通络方配合浴足治疗了0级糖尿病患者36例，取得理想的实际效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将该院老年病科糖尿病足患者36例确定为分析对象，男性15例，女性21例；年龄都处于49～75岁之间；病程均在5～27年之间；其中，合并有糖尿病视网膜病变者共4例、合并有高血压者共14例以及合并有糖尿病视网膜病变者共7例、合并有冠心病者共11例，该研究排除了足部皮肤有破溃者，严重肝、肾功能不全及合并中风、心肌梗死、糖尿病酮症酸中毒等急性并发症，并排除其他原因（如重金属或化学物质中毒等）所引起的肢体感觉障碍等患者。……
