[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病合并泌尿系感染临床分析与护理。 方法 选取2016年5月—2017年5月该院接收的泌尿系统感染合并糖尿病患者200例作为观察对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理措施，治疗组则采取优质护理。观察两组患者护理前后的焦虑抑郁情绪以及血糖水平变化，同时比较两组患者对健康教育的依从性。 结果 两组患者护理前SAS评分、SDS评分和血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义，治疗组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分和血糖水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组对健康教育的依从性明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 优质护理在泌尿系统感染合并糖尿病患者中具有較好的应用效果，能够有效改善患者的心理状况，从而提高对健康教育的依从性，有助于提高患者对于疾病的知晓情况，提高生活质量。

Clinical Analysis and Nursing of Diabetes Combined with Urinary System Infection

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical analysis and nursing of diabetes combined with urinary system infection. Methods 200 cases of patients with diabetes combined with urinary system infection in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group used the routine nursing measures， while the treatment group used the excellent nursing， and the changes of anxiety and depression and the SAS score before and after nursing of the two groups were observed， and the compliance to the health education was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the SAS score， SDS score and Blood glucose levels，between the two groups before nursing were not statistically significant， and the SAS score，SDS score and Blood gluoose levels after nursing in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）， and the compliance to the health education in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of excellent nursing in patients with diabetes combined with urinary system infection is better， which can effectively improve the mental state of patients thus improving the compliance to the health education， and it contributes to improving the awareness rate of patients to the diseases， and improving the quality of life.

糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病，具有病程长、并发症多的特点。该病目前无特效治疗药物，主要是通过控制血糖来避免对机体造成的损伤[1]。而许多患者由于长期治疗出现焦虑抑郁情绪，影响了对临床治疗的配合。而合理的健康教育对于改善患者的心理压力、提高患者的遵医行为具有重要影响。但是许多患者在出院之后没有积极参与健康教育，需要通过有效的干预措施来解决该问题。优质护理是一种新型护理模式，在该方面具有较好的应用效果。文章选取2016年5月—2017年5月收治的200例患者为研究对象，主要针对优质护理对糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者的焦虑抑郁情绪以及健康教育依从性的影响展开分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
