[摘要] 目的 研究达格列净治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法 选取2016年3月—2017年8月该院收治的112例初诊2型糖尿病患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组（n=56）、对照组（n=56），给予实验组患者达格列净治疗，给予对照组瑞格列奈+二甲双胍治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hBG）、糖化血红蛋白含量（HbAlc）、体重、血压情况。结果 实验组临床治疗效果高于对照组，空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白含量、体重、血压低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 达格列净治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的应用效果显著，低血糖发生率低，值得临床推广和应用。

Research on Application Effect of Dapagliflozin in Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic Patients

[Abstract] Objective To research the application effect of dapagliflozin in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 112 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases in each， the experimental group were treated with dapagliflozin， while the control group were treated with reaglinide + metformin， and the treatment effect， FBG， 2 hBG， HbAlc， weight and blood pressure of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical treatment effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， and the FBG， 2 hBG， HbAlc， weight and blood pressure were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of dapagliflozin in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients is obvious， and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia is low， and it is worth clinical promotion and application.

2型糖尿病是指体内产生胰岛素的能力部分喪失，多在35～40岁后发病[1]。多由遗传、环境、年龄、生活方式等因素造成，临床主要表现为肥胖、轻度乏力、口渴等[2]。该次选取2016年3月—2017年8月收治的112例患者为研究对象，旨在研究达格列净治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院收治的112例初诊2型糖尿病患者，按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组患者56例。实验组：男27例，女29例，年龄36～71岁，平均年龄（53.5±15.5）岁；对照组：男28例，女28例，年龄38～72岁，平均年龄（54.5±8.5）岁。将两组患者基本资料进行精细对比分析，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有临床可比性。所有患者均自愿入组并签署知情同意书。

1.2 方法

两组患者入院后，进行相应体征检查，确诊病情后，实验组给予达格列净（国药准字H20170119）治疗，晨起服用，达格列净起始剂量5 mg，血糖不达标增加10 mg。对照组首先选用盐酸二甲双胍（国药准字H20050551）口服0.25 g，3次/d，血糖不达标增加瑞格列奈（国药准字H20120078）口服0.5 mg，3次/d。……
