新工科背景下应用型本科学生创新创业能力培养的研究

摘要：为适应新工科建设的国家战略方针，满足地方产业需求，培养具有创新创业能力、跨界融合能力、高素质的交叉复合型人才，本文构建了新工科背景下基于应用型本科院校学生创新创业能力培养的模式及体系，在培养学生的创新创业能力上重新思考，尝试新的培养思路。希望本文的提出可以为同类院校学生在创新创业能力的培养上提供参考。
Abstract： In order to adapt to the national strategic policy of new engineering construction， meet the needs of local industry， and cultivate cross-composite talents with innovative entrepreneurship， cross-border integration capability and high quality， this paper constructs a model and system based on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of applied undergraduate colleges under the background of new engineering， rethinking students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability， and trying new training ideas. It is hoped that the proposal of this paper can provide reference for the students of similar colleges in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship.

0 引言
当前世界范围内新一轮的科技革命和产业革命，以及全球新经济的蓬勃发展，为适应时代和社会的需求，而国家提出的新工科建设，目标则为要主动布局、设置和建设服务国家战略、满足产业需求、面向未来发展的工程学科与专业，培养造就一批具有创新创业能力、跨界融合能力、高素质的各类交叉复合型卓越工程科技人才，高等教育无疑是在人才培养上具有不可忽视的地位。而在全国的高等院校中，应用型本科院校的比重较大，如能在新工科的背景下对地方应用型本科学生的创新创业能力培养上探索出新的思路和方法，则无疑会培养出适应时代背景的应用型的人才，一方面可以向地方区域经济建设输送主力军，同时如经验成熟，也可将此研究成果借鉴给研究型大学、综合型大学，供其参考，为国家在全球新经济发展蓬勃之际提供坚实的人才培养机制。
