【摘 要】 目的：观察牵正复瘫汤加减联合针刺对面瘫患者的治疗效果。方法：选取面瘫患者60例，随机分为研究组（采取牵正复瘫汤联合针刺治疗）和对照组（单纯采取针刺治疗）。对比两组治疗前后面瘫症状评分、两组治疗疗效、两组治疗前后FDI残疾指数评分及House -Brackman量表积分。结果：两组治疗前面瘫症状评分、FDI残疾指数评分及House -Brackman量表积分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后研究组面瘫症状评分及House-Brackman量表积分明显高于对照组，FDI残疾指数评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组治疗疗效明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：牵正复瘫汤加减联合针刺对面瘫患者的治疗疗效较好，具有明显优势。

Abstract：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qian Zheng Fu Tan Decoction combined with acupuncture on facial paralysis patients. Methods 60 patients with facial paralysis were selected and randomly divided into study group （Qian Zheng Fu Ian becoaction combined with acupun cture therapy） and control group （acupuncture alone）. The scores of facial paralysis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment； Two groups of treatment efficacy； Two groups of FDI disability index score and House -Brackman scale score before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of paraplegia symptom score， FDI disability index score and House -Brackman scale （P>0.05）. The score of facial paralysis and the integral of House -Brackman scale were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment， and the FDI disability index score was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）， and the therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher. In the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion Qian Zheng Fu Tan Decoction plus acupuncture for the treatment of patients with facial paralysis is effective and has obvious advantages.

面癱主要由茎乳孔内面神经非特异性炎症所致，多发于冬夏季节，WHO指出面瘫每年发病率为3/10万，面瘫发生后不仅影响人们正常生活、工作，还对患者社交、沟通造成障碍[1]。大部分面瘫患者在起病后1～3个月可基本恢复症状，如口眼歪斜、眼睑下垂、口角歪斜等表现，但部分面瘫患者会因为没有得到恰当的治疗残留后遗症，影响面部美观[2]。提高治疗疗效及减少后遗症的发生成为本次研究的重点。面瘫属中医“口眼歪斜”范畴，中医认为面瘫多是因风寒、风热破坏面部经络，造成面部肌肉出现痉挛。中医治疗面瘫有较好疗效，笔者选取我院60例面瘫患者，观察牵正复瘫汤加减联合针刺对面瘫患者的治疗效果。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2015年10月至2017年10月我院60例面瘫患者，随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。其中男性35例、女性25例；年龄26～64岁，平均年龄（43.77±4.23）岁；病……
