【摘 要】 目的：[JP+2]观察黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取胃溃疡患者118例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组各59例。对照组给予四联疗法，研究组在对照组基础上联合黄芪建中汤治疗。2个疗程后，比较两组疗效、不良反应、复发率及治疗前后症状评分变化。结果：研究组总有效率显著高于对照组，治疗后症状评分明显低于对照组，复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组不良反应差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的效果较好，可快速缓解患者症状，减少复发，不良反应少。

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of flavored Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with quartet therapy treating 59 cases gastric ulcer patients. Methods 118 cases of gastric ulcers selected were randomly divided into control group and research group， each 59 patients. Patients in control group were given quartet therapy， and patients in research group were given flavored Huangqi Jianzhong decoction based on the control group. After two courses， efficacy， adverse reactions， recurrence rates， presentations scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group， after treatment， presentations scores and recurrence rates of research group were significantly lower than those of control group， and the difference have statistical sense， there was no significant difference in the prevalence of adverse effects between two groups. Conclusion The effect of flavored Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with quartet therapy treating gastric ulcer was remarkable， and it can relieve the symptoms， reduce recurrence， and have good safety.

胃潰疡是常见的消化道疾病，随着人们饮食习惯的改变，发病率不断上升。临床表现主要为上腹部疼痛，还伴有反酸、乏力、恶心、呕吐等，给患者带来较大痛苦，影响其生活质量[1]。该病病因复杂，与情绪、压力、饮食等均有关，且容易复发[2]。西医常使用抗生素联合质子泵抑制剂进行治疗，但不良反应多，且复发率高[3]，无法满足患者需求。中医治疗胃部疾病历史悠久，效果较好。本研究探讨中药黄芪建中汤联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2016年2月至2017年6月我院收治的胃溃疡患者118例为研究对象，均经胃镜确诊，患者表现为反酸、胃脘部疼痛、神疲乏力、恶心、呕吐，符合《消化性溃疡中西医结合诊疗共识意见》[4]中胃溃疡诊断标准，为活动期，中医分型为脾胃虚寒型[5]，患者对本研究知情同意，均签署知情同意书。……
