【摘 要】 阴虚燥热，痰瘀互结是2型糖尿病发病的基本病机，阴虚是糖尿病发生的根本，并且贯穿整个病程始终，而痰瘀是糖尿病迁延不愈及产生多种变症的病理产物。黄连降糖片为院内制剂，具有养阴清热、化瘀降浊之功，治疗阴虚燥热，痰瘀互结证2型糖尿病疗效确切。闫镛教授临床上全面分析患者病情，辨证准确，应用黄连降糖片治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切。

Abstract：Yin deficiency and dryness heat， phlegm and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus， Yin deficiency is the basis of diabetes， and throughout the whole course of disease， phlegm and blood stasis are the pathological products of diabetes mellitus.Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet is a kind of hospital preparation in our hospital. It has the function of nourishing yin and clearing heat， removing blood stasis and reducing turbidity. It is effective in treating type 2 diabetes with Yin deficiency and dryness heat， phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Yan Yong， Professor of clinical comprehensive analysis of patients， the authentication accuracy， application huanglianjiangtang tablets is effective in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus， rich experience.

闫镛，毕业于河南中医学院中医系，二级主任医师、兼职教授、硕士研究生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家，河南省名中医。闫镛教授主攻中医药防治糖尿病及其并发症，投身医疗、科研、教学工作30余载，经验颇丰，擅长内外并举治疗糖尿病及其并發症，对该病有独到的见解，余从师六载，得益良多，现将其临证经验试述其要，以飨同仁。

1 病因病机

闫镛教授认为，阴亏是糖尿病发生的根本。《脾胃论·脾胃虚实传变论》曰：“阴虚则内热，有所劳倦，形气衰少，谷气不盛，上焦不行，下脘不通，胃气热，热气熏胸中，故为内热。脾胃一伤，五脏乱作……四肢不收，倦怠嗜卧，为热所伤。”《素问·奇病论》曰：“此肥美所发也，此人必数食甘美而多肥也，肥者令人内热，甘者令人中满，故其气上溢，转为消渴。”长期过食肥甘，或醇酒厚味，酿成内热，热甚则伤阴，发为消渴。闫镛教授认为痰瘀是糖尿病迁延不愈及产生多种变症的病理产物。
