【摘 要】 目的：优选益肾涤浊丸的最佳制备工艺。方法：以溶散时限、小檗碱含量为考察指标，以清膏相对密度、起模的粉水比例、干燥温度、干燥时间为主要影响因素，采用L9（34）正交实验法优选制备工艺。结果：优选的最佳制备工艺为清膏相对密度1.15（20℃），起模的粉水比例1∶1，干燥温度80℃，干燥时间8h。结论：该制备工艺科学合理，建立的定量方法较简便、灵敏、重现性好。

Abstract：Objective To optimize the best preparation process of Yishendizhuo pills.Methods The dissolution time and the berberine content were used as the index， determine the relative density of the cream， the proportion of powder from the mold， drying temperature， drying time were main influence factors， the L9（34） orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the best preparation process.Results The optimal preparation process of Yishendizhuo Pills was that the relative density of the cream was 1.15（20℃）， the ratio of powder to water was 1∶1， the drying temperature was 80℃，the drying time was 8h.Conclusion The preparation process is scientific and reasonable， the quantitative method established is simpler， more sensitive and reproducible.

益肾涤浊丸是广东省名老中医梁宏正临证多年的经验方，具有清热解毒、通癃涤浊、祛瘀止痛、益肾补虚，主治急、慢性前列腺炎、性功能障碍等症，在广东省肇庆市中医院临床应用多年，疗效良好。方中黄柏有较好的清热燥湿泻火作用，《医学启源》引用《主治秘诀》云：“泻膀胱龙火，利结小便，下焦湿肿，脐中痛，补肾水不足”[1]。其主要有效成分为小檗碱，小檗碱有较好的抗菌、抗炎等药理作用。丸剂的溶散时限已作为评价丸剂内在品质的重要手段之一，是对丸剂特有的检查项目。因此本实验以小檗碱含量和溶散时限为考察指标，用L9（34）正交试验法[2]优化益肾涤浊丸的制备工艺，可以较为全面的衡量工艺的合理性，得到疗效稳定、质量可控的制剂。
