[摘要] 通过国家药物临床试验机构资格认定是临床科室能够开展药物临床试验的前提，本文通过对内蒙古自治区（以下简称“我区”）所属医院具有国家药物临床试验机构资质的情况进行整理，并对其目前所处形势进行分析，找出存在的问题，提出相应对策，以期为我区更好地实施药物临床试验机构平台建设工作提供指导。

[Abstract] Authentication through the qualification authentication of the national drug clinical trial institution is the premise for clinical departments to carry out clinical trials. This paper collates the status quo of drug clinical trial institution in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region that with qualification of the national drug clinical trial institution to analyze current situation， find out the existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures， in order to provide guidance for our region to implement the platform construction for drug clinical trial institution better.

内蒙古自治区（以下简称“我区”）早期的临床试验从1998年开始，至今经历了20年的发展，但在这20年的历程中，相比其他省份药物临床试验机构管理水平及临床试验团队研究能力的迅猛发展，我区的药物临床试验机构建设工作并没有跟上时代的步伐。从2004年国家药品监督管理局发布药物临床试验机构资格认定办法[1]开始到2017年底，全国已发布认定的药物临床试验机构624家，其中，我区的机构共有9家，占全国药物临床试验机构总量的1.44%。从中国知网、万方数据库检索到的内蒙古自治区临床试验方面的发文量也是凤毛麟角，这说明我区药物临床试验机构建设并没有形成自身的理论体系[2]，本文主要对我区药物临床试验机构认定情况进行整理并分析了目前所处形势，找出存在的问题并对其提出对策，为我区更好地實施药物临床试验机构建设工作指明方向。
