【摘 要】消防安全对企业发展起到了重要的保障作用。当前企业日常消防管理工作存在管理方式单一，管理工作量大，管理效率低等突出问题，阻碍了企业消防安全管理工作的有序高效开展。“消防物联网”概念应运而生，借助于当前先进的技术，如物联网、大数据和云计算等技术，使企业消防管理工作实现信息化、自动化和智能化。本文将对“消防物联网”在企业消防管理中的应用以及作用进行分析研究。

Analysis of Application of Internet of Things in Enterprise Fire Control Management

【Abstract】Fire safety plays an important role in the development of enterprises. The current situation and troubles of enterprise fire safety management work such as single mode of daily fire control management， large amount of management workload and low management efficiency have hindered the orderly and efficiently development of the enterprise fire safety management work. The concept of "fire network of things" came into being. With the help of advanced technologies， such as internet of things， big data and cloud computing， the fire control management of enterprises can realize information， automation and intelligence. In this paper， the application and function of fire control network in enterprise fire control management are analyzed and studied.

现代企业的办公面积都比较大，建筑使用功能多、消防设施数量多种类杂、消防安全要求高，在日常消防管理工作方面存在管理要求高、管理范围广、管理内容多、管理工作繁重、以人防为主被动应对等特点。如何更高效高质地完成消防管理工作，切实落实企业防火主体责任、保障企业工作环境的安全成为亟需解决的问题。

1 现行消防安全管理模式存在的问题

1.1 人防为主的被动管理模式

目前企业日常消防管理方式大多以人防为主。其实质为消防安全员工定时对消防设施设备以及消防隐患部位进行现场人工巡检，判断是否有异常，并通过传统的纸笔记录方式记录巡检结果，作为发现问题、整改问题的依据。其弊端较为突出，包括：人防无法对动态变化的消防设施设备状态和隐患状态做出实时响应；人防对消防安全相关人员专业知识与技能要求较高；人防检查结果的客观性、真实性、及时性存在漏洞；……
