[摘要] 目的 探讨手术全期护理在降低四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率的临床效果以及应用价值。 方法 选取2016年2月～2017年2月骨科收治的76例四肢骨折手术患者。采取随机数字表法随机分成两组。观察组38例患者采取手术全期护理。对照组38例患者给予常规护理。统计两组76例患者各期压疮发生率、并发症发生率、治療有效率进行比较。 结果 观察组38例患者压疮发生率、并发症发生率、治疗有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 手术全期护理在四肢骨折手术治疗中应用效果显著，其针对性重点护理显著优于常规护理，可明显提减少压疮、感染等并发症，提升护理质量，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of full-term nursing in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with fractures of the extremities

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of full-term nursing in reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients with limb fractures. Methods A total of 76 patients with fractures of the extremities treated in orthopedics from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. According to random number table method，the patients were randomly divided into two groups. 38 patients in the observation group were treated with full-term operation. The other 38 patients of control group were given routine care. The incidence of pressure ulcers in 76 patients in each group was statistically analyzed. The incidence of complication and the treatment efficiency were compared. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer， complication rate and treatment efficiency in 38 cases in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The full-term operation in the surgical treatment of limb fractures has obvious effect. The targeted nursing is significantly better than the routine nursing， which can obviously reduce the complication of pressure ulcers and infections and improve the nursing quality which is worthy of promoting.

有研究统计我国四肢骨折发生率一直呈上升的趋势，主要原因为近年来由于我国交通运输业、建筑业蓬勃发展，因交通事故、高空坠落等意外事件导致四肢骨折事件频繁发生。四肢骨折患者在进行治疗时通常会因为多种原因导致术后出现四肢肿胀的情况，临床多因护理不当等因素导致并发症发生，加之术后四肢血液流通不畅影响静脉血液回流、动脉供血等现象进而诱发压疮[1-2]。本研究选取2016年2月～2017年2月骨科收治的38例四肢骨折手术患者实施手术全期护理，探讨手术全期护理可否改善肢体得不到营养供应、血液供应的情况进而防止压疮发生，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
