摘 要：现代机械设计制造是对多种现代科技的整合与利用，随着这些科技的愈发成熟，社会上对机械设计制造及自动化技术的应用已经非常广泛，这在促进社会经济发展的同时，也对机械设计制造以及自动化技术提出了更多要求。本文对机械设计及其自动化的定义、优势、应用等方面进行了简单介绍，并对其未来发展趋势进行了分析。

Abstract： Modern mechanical design and manufacturing is the integration and utilization of various modern technologies. With the increasing maturity of these technologies， the society has applied to mechanical design and automation widely， which promotes the social and economic development， but also puts forward more requirements for mechanical design and automation. This paper briefly introduced the definition， advantages and application of mechanical design and automation， and analysed its future development trend.

1 機械设计制造及其自动化概述

1.1 机械设计制造及其自动化定义

机械设计制造就是对包含机械力、技能和能量流动力学等任务的机械或机电部件的制造，而机械设计制造的自动化则是指在设计制造过程中对加工对象的连续自动生产。由于这种技术能直接应用于社会财富的创造，并且又脱离传统人工生产的范畴，因此也可以被看作是一种新型的社会生产力。

1.2 机械设计制造及其自动化的应用现状

在我国，机械设计制造及其自动化的应用情况却并不乐观。首先，机械设计制造及其自动化是在多次工业革命的基础上发展起来的，西方发达国家的工业革命基础较好，掌握了大多数的科技成果，进而形成了技术垄断。在难以接触到核心技术与科研成果的情况下，我国对机械设计制造及其自动化的应用上比较初级，与发达国家尚存在一定的差距[1]。其次，在经济全球化的趋势下，大量国外的机械、电子产品迅速涌入中国，并凭借着技术、资金等优势在国内市场站稳了脚跟，对国内机械设计制造的品牌产生了巨大的冲击，这对于我国机械设计制造及其自动化的应用与发展是十分不利的。……
