摘 要：为了使计算机专业的人才培养计划更好地符合现代人才需求，遵循国际通行的工程教育专业认证标准和我国的卓越工程师培养计划是目前修订工科专业培养方案的主导方向。文章分析对比了以上两个权威准则的关键指标，在制定计算机专业人才培养方案时尽量涵盖二者要求，结合學校办学思想和定位，使本专业培养出的人才具有更好的社会适应性和认可度。

Abstract： In order to make training program of computer major better meet the needs of modern talents， the dominant way of revising the training program is to follow the internationally accepted engineering education professional certification standards and China's outstanding engineer training program. This article analyzes and contrasts the key indicators of the above two authoritative criteria. When formulating a computer professional training program， the two requirements should be covered as much as possible. In combination with the school's running ideology and orientation， the professional trained personnel will have better social adaptability and recognition.

一、概述

为了使我国的工程教育逐渐走向国际化、正规化的道路，我国在2010年6月启动了卓越工程师计划，并于2014年6月迎来了第一批按照卓越计划培养的毕业生。另外，我国又于2013年6月19日在韩国首尔召开的国际工程联盟大会（International Engineering Alliance Meetings）上加入了世界上最具影响力的工程教育本科专业认证国际互认协议——《华盛顿协议》。那么，对于培养工科人才的高校来说，应该如何适应我国对于工程教育的新要求、如何改革自己的办学思路和方法逐渐走向国际化道路呢？分析、对比目前在我国具有权威指导性的标准即国际范围的工程教育专业认证标准和国内的卓越工程师计划要求，并制定新的最大程度符合二者要求的专业培养计划才能更好地顺应时代对人才的要求。

工程教育专业认证和卓越工程师计划二者有很高的一致性，但又在培养目标、毕业要求、课程体系、师资队伍、持续改进等方面存在差异。……
