Abstract： The tourism industry has developed rapidly after the successful application for World Cultural Heritage of the Zuojiang Huashan rock paintings in Chongzuo City of Guangxi Province. There is an urgent need to build a propaganda and management platform for Chongzuo's tourism industry. This paper elaborates the plans and functions for the construction of the platform from the perspective of tourism network design and construction. The quality of tourism services in Chongzuo city will be effectively improved for the construction of the platform， and the platform could play a positive role in promoting propaganda and exchanging between visitors in Chongzuo scenic area.

广西崇左位于中国南疆地区，除了独特的地理位置和风情地貌外，尤其是在2016年广西左江花山岩画成功申遗后，就更是强势带动了当地旅游产业的兴旺发展，崇左市已逐渐成为广西旅游的热门城市。在此背景条件下，就必须尽快建成崇左的智慧旅游平台以及推出配套设施，如此就可通过智慧旅游平台的宣传吸引更多游客来此旅游，而且通过平台的智能化服务为崇左旅游打造魅力亮点，从而在相当程度上充分发挥科技对旅游的积极影响与重大促进作用。

崇左智慧旅游平台主要能为游客和管理人员提供便捷的网络信息服务，游客可以通过平台了解崇左的旅游信息和特色文化，同时还可浏览有关当地吃住行方面的丰富服务内容。管理者可以通过平台掌握游客数量，从而提前预测景区客流量，同时可为景区服务调度制定更优质的决策方案。平台开发主要运用了HTML/CSS脚本语言、JavaScript、jQuery、PHP语言和MySQL数据库等相关技术。为了达到宣传效果，在设计中配置的功能基本上包括旅游景点信息、售票、线路推荐、酒店住宿信息等，此外平台还增配了关于当地的旅游新闻、风俗和重点推介的旅游服务模块，通过这些模块功能，实现旅游信息共享，为游客提供及时准确、详尽高效的旅游信息服务，从而增加当地旅游的趣味性，并提升旅游景区的知名度和吸引力。……
