【摘 要】随着我国经济的发展，建筑工程也逐渐发展起来，各式各样的项目让建筑企业应接不暇，市政工程在建筑工程中占据着重要的地位。市政工程是一种为人民提供各种便利的工程，不仅完善了公共基础设施的建设，还为人民群众的生活带来了许多的便利，其中排水项目是市政项目的重要部分，对其加强设计和管理非常重要。

【Abstract】With the development of China's economy， the architectural engineering has also been developed gradually， and construction enterprises are overwhelmed by various projects. Municipal engineering plays an important role in the architectural engineering. Municipal engineering is the project that provides all kinds of conveniences for people. It not only improves the construction of public infrastructure， but also brings a lot of convenience to the people's livelihood. Drainage project is an important part of municipal project， it is very important to strengthen the design and management of it.

1 引言

从小的教育理念就告诉人们要节约用水，因为我国的水资源总量才占世界总水量的0.2%，而且存在着人均量少且分布不均的情况，所以水资源在我国是非常宝贵的，在对水资源使用的过程中，提高利用率是非常重要的。在我国水资源严重缺少的情况下，我国的水利工程技術就得到了很好的利用，节能排水的技术提高了我国水资源的利用率，在节能排水的技术使用中，对其的设计起着非常重要的作用。

2 市政给排水工程施工中存在的问题

2.1 策划方案与落实情况不符，管理制度不完善

在施工项目没开展以前，其策划方案应该提前设计完整，根据实地考察的结果从而设计施工方案，如果规划不合理，会导致施工现场出现各式各样的问题，工程制度不够完善，与其相关的管理制度欠缺，具体的施工管理标准和部分工程制度存在着明显的差异性，有很多条例在用语言表述的时候欠缺精准度，所表述的内容不全面，传播的信息没能达到理想的效果[1]。……
