【摘 要】随着现代信息技术的高速发展，不少企业的管理结构和工作程序仍然停留在旧有模式，难以适应不断变化的外部环境。而企业价值链分析正是引导企业认识自己，认清环境的必要措施和手段。因此，论文联系企业价值链和企业档案之间存在的相互依存关系，探讨档案这种真实可靠的内部信息材料在优化企业管理结构和工作程序中所发挥的实际作用，以期促进企业的蓬勃发展。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of modern information technology， the management structure and work procedure of many companies are still remain the old modes， and it is difficult to adapt to the ever-changing external environment. Enterprise value chain analysis is just the necessary measure and method to guide enterprises to understand themselves and recognize the environment. Therefore， according to the interdependence relationship between the enterprise value chain and the enterprise archives， the paper probes into the actual role of the archives， which is a reliable internal information material in optimizing the management structure and work procedures of the enterprise， so as to promote the vigorous development of the enterprise.

1 引言

随着我国经济发展方式的转变，给现代企业发展带来机遇的同时也带来了一系列挑战，使得企业内部运作难以适应变化的外部市场环境。企业价值链作为企业寻找自身战略优势环节的方法之一，对其进行重新审视和优化，是实现可持续发展的必然选择。而企业价值链管理的正常实施，必须借助一定的企业资源，其中，档案作为企业生产运作中可信程度高的信息资源之一，翔实完整地记录了每一个活动过程，是构建企业记忆不可缺少的信息资源之一，同时也是对企业價值链分析、优化和评价的必要条件之一。

2 企业价值链概述

企业价值链经历了企业内部价值链→行业价值链→虚拟价值链三个主要发展阶段，即企业价值链最初由美国学者Michael E·Porter率先提出[1]这一观点通常被认为是传统意义上的价值链，偏重于以企业作为独立个体的观点来分析企业的价值活动、企业同供应商和顾客之间的联系，因此常称为企业内部价值链。……
