【摘要】 目的：研究与分析经阴道超声卵泡监测在治疗不孕不育中的价值。方法：选取本院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的100例不孕症患者为研究对象，按照计算机随机法将其分观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组根据基础体温测定法和传统排卵试纸法对卵泡发育及排卵情况进行推算，而观察组则采用经阴道超声监测卵泡发育情况，根据排卵情况指导两组性生活，并采用相应药物加以治疗。比较两组卵泡成熟率及受孕情况。结果：经治疗后监测，观察组卵泡发育成熟率、成功怀孕率分别为64.0%、42.0%，均高于对照组的44.0%、22.0%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在治疗不孕不育患者的过程中，采用经阴道超声卵泡监测的效果非常显著，即可对患者盆腔以及卵泡发育情况予以准确监测，以利于医生给出准确的诊断和治疗方案，从而提升患者受孕率，因此值得应用推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study and analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasound follicle monitoring in treatment of infertility.Method：A total of 100 patients with infertility treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected，according to the computer random method，they were divided into observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.Control group based on basal body temperature measurement method and traditional ovulation test strip method to predict follicular development and ovulation，while observation group was transvaginal ultrasound monitoring of follicular development，according to ovulation，the sexual life of two groups was guided and treated with corresponding drugs.The maturation rate of follicle and the condition of pregnancy in two groups were compared.Result：After treatment and monitoring，the maturation rate of follicle and the rate of successful pregnancy in observation group were 64.0% and 42.0% respectively，which were higher than 44.0% and 22.0% in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of infertility patients，the use of transvaginal ultrasound follicular monitoring effect is very significant，can pelvic and follicular development in patients with accurate monitoring to facilitate the doctor to give accurate diagnosis and treatment programs to improve the patients pregnancy rate，it is worth to promote the application.

在不孕癥患者中，约有30%的患者是因卵巢排卵障碍而引发不孕症。而排卵障碍在造成女性不孕症的同时，还会严重影响到女性的内分泌功能，从而导致其发生闭经、肥胖等症状，甚至还是子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌等的高危因素[1-2]。而在治疗不孕不育的过程中，临床主要通过卵泡发育监测指导用药治疗[3-4]。因此本文选取本院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的100例不孕症患者为对象进行研究，利用计算机随机法将其分观察组和对照组，各50例，即对经阴道超声卵泡监测在治疗不孕不育中的价值进行了分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2016年1月-2018年1月本院收治的不孕症患者100例为研究对象。纳入标准：所有患者均因女性因素导致不孕，且性生活正常。排除标准：严重肝肾疾病、药物过敏、精子免疫、男性因素所致不孕[5]。……
