[摘要]目的 觀察和评价分析茶油联合蒙脱石散及维生素C在治疗百草枯（PQ）中毒致口腔溃疡中的效果，为PQ患者提供一种安全、有效、满意的口腔护理方法。方法 收集2014年1月～2017年12月在我科住院的急性百草枯中毒患者40例作为研究对象，按照随机对照的原则，分为试验组和对照组，每组各20例。对照组每日早晚常规用清口漱口液进行治疗，保持口腔清洁。试验组在对照组的基础上将茶油10～20 ml加蒙脱石散5 g加维生素C 5 g研磨成粉末，调成糊状涂抹在溃疡局部并覆盖溃疡面，3次/d。用药30 min后避免进水、进食。观察疗程为5 d，观察两组治疗的效果及安全性分析。结果 两组的口腔溃疡严重程度、发生时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。试验组口腔溃疡疼痛减轻时间及愈合时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 茶油联合蒙脱石散及维生素C在百草枯中毒致口腔溃疡治疗中的效果显著，减轻了PQ住院患者身心痛苦，降低了并发症的发生，同时提高了患者的生存质量，值得推广。

[Abstract]Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of tea oil combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Vitamin C in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by paraquat poisoning，so as to provide a safe，effective and satisfactory oral care method for patients orally taking PQ.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute paraquat poisoning who were hospitalized in our department from January 2014 to December 2017 were collected.In accordance with the principle of randomized control，they were divided into experimental group and control group，20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were routinely given Qingkou mouth rinses every morning and evening to maintain oral hygiene.In the experimental group，on the basis of the control group，10 to 20 ml of tea oil combined with 5 g of Montmorillonite Powder puls 5 g of Vitamin C were ground into powder，mixed into a paste to apply on local ulcer and cover the ulcer surface，3 times per day.Water and food should be avoided after 30 minutes of medication.The course of treatment for observation was 5 days.The therapeutic effects were observed and the safety was analyzed in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in the severity and time of oral ulcer between the two groups （P>0.05）.The difference was not statistically significant.The pain relief time and healing time of oral ulcer in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion The efficacy of tea oil combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Vitamin C in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by paraquat poisoning is significant，which alleviates the physical and mental pain of hospitalized patients with PQ，reduces the occurrence of complications，and meanwhile improves the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion.

百草枯（PQ）是一种非选择性、接触性除草剂，毒性极强，具有腐蚀性[1]。患者因服毒量可在数小时内出现口咽部黏膜充血、肿胀、糜烂或溃疡，并进行性加重，其口腔溃疡的发生率高达100%[2]。目前临床上尚无PQ中毒的特效解毒药，对其救治仍处于探索中，并且国内对经口PQ中毒患者急救往往容易忽视早期处置口、咽部毒素的清除，导致毒素在口腔舌体的蓄积，引发严重的相关并发症[3]。近年来，国内PQ中毒口腔护理的研究较多，但疗效在个体间的差异较明显，治疗尚未形成统一方案，对治疗上提出严峻的挑战[4]，因此如何做好早期口腔处置已成为PQ中毒致口腔溃疡的首要问题。本……
